The case in court atm Asmongold has stated before so he can't talk about it. He said he doesn't care about what people think about him and also stated after the court case is settled he will be coming out with what his take is on the situation.
It will be interesting to see how this situation ends and what the fallout is. I wasn't even aware of it until a few hours ago and I watch Asmongold pretty regularly (at least on UA-cam)
Oh yeah ! It's just like that time when he threw his """best friend""" Rich Campbell under the bus for only one allegation of SA in order to immediatly please his audience. So of course when it involves him, he isn't this quick all of a sudden. Aside from that, yeah, I guess we'll see.
@@MatthewCJoy Until a few days ago, nobody did anything about it and nothing was brought to the police, so I assumed it was a lie from the beginning. But now, there's an official lawsuit against Rich, and there's not enough evidence to prove her case (his word against her). If there is no witness going forward, it is likely the case will be dropped entirely and Rich will both become innocent and have to get compensated by OTK and by her from the damages done.
Uh... asmongold is probably under something called 'advice of counsel' to not talk about it at this time since it's an ongoing case. I'd recommend looking it up.
If you did nothing wrong in a situation specifically like this, then admitting you did nothing wrong makes sense. Folding your arms and refusing to elaborate is sketchy and almost already an admission of guilt that will tarnish your public image. Im not surprised at all that someone like Assmuchmold would be a thieving weasel
That was Asmon's response to the Blizzard allegations, Other streamer allegations or even the Jonny Depp case. Right guys? .... Or did he just live stream them for hours giving shit takes for money?
so i am working on a video for this as well, i actually on my own was doing some research on this like a year ago, i have more info if you want stuff i saved some is damming
Asmon when minor streamer drama: Holy shit guys this is so huge lets spend 3 streams talking about it Asmon when exposed for charity scam: Who the fuck cares?
imagine fundraising for FOOD after a disaster ,then buy food at supermarket for victims , are the supermarkets in the wrong getting paid for the food ? same for companies that buy into influencers service for clout and have a big audience for their charity to promote, advertise. going after OTK instead of the real culpprits seems wrong or is a hidden agenda because of something else. this video was dishonestly misunderstanding Asmon to make things more DRAMA. its not the endgoal to get labeled "reasonable" the point is reasonable people see the argument ,where emotional people set their mind beforehand and wont change their stance on arguments. therefore spending energy on the latter is a waste, and since reasonable people see arguments themself ,Asmon is right to ignore emotional engaged participants.
This whole thing is a non-issue. Yes, people can get paid to raise money. If you don't like the margins, don't donate. Paying celebrities is an easy way to increase donations. Stop worrying about what cut was taken and start worrying about how much did the charity get. And then compare that to how much the charity would have gotten if a bunch of nobodies were raising money. If I were starving I'd rather see a hunger charity get half of a million dollars versus 100% of 100k, wouldn't you? It's not about percentages and people need to get off this high horse thinking that it is. It's about scope.

Didnt he admit that he did it and it was proven? @lightbird27
@@MatthewCJoy I don't remember him admitting it, but if you got a link for that I'll bite

they cant respond untill after the active lawsuit they(otk) filed due to legal stuff
OTK is not part of the lawsuit at all.
Streamers are irreverent.

The people you should trust the least are streamers.
Look at asmons house, look at his diet, look at his everything. I doubt Asmongold himself would scam.
So you're saying that because he's a slob who eats a bad diet, hes incapable of taking advantage of people?
He's not. I'm really not sure why asthma is mentioned in this video and not the people running the scam. This guy is using Asmon as cluckbait.

Hey man loved your videos and streams on tiktok you used to do how come you dont have a tik tok acount anymore

Excellent man hope your doing well glad to see you still make vids. Just checked that book series aswell looks sick @@StreamerBS

The best way to respond to drama is to not talk about it. People on the internet will forget. Asmongold is right. Plus he legally cant talk about it

It’s about these people acting like they’re selfless and giving back, while slyly hiding the HUGE cut they’re getting
