Case at minute 55!
It is posterior med mass despite hazy upper border above clavicle.
Does this mean that cardiac silhouette sign is more reliable than cervocothoracic signs to differentiate ant from posterior?
Excellent
Thanks
Thank you nice lecture.
I am glad you liked it.
Exallent
Thank you so much for watching the video and for your kind feedback! I'm glad you found it helpful. We put a lot of effort into making these videos and your comments mean a lot to us. What other radiologic topics would you like to see covered?
Mam what is that treatment thymic mass. Big size plz telme
Mam , in cervicothoracic sign ,if the lesion is crossing the clavicle , then it is in posterior. And if it is upto the clavicle , then it is in anterior mediastinum.
In supraclavicular part if the margins get blurred ,then it is anterior
i did my chest xray show a small spot but chest ct scan report is normal .Dr said its your chest veins shown in xray .is it possible to show chest veins show in xray?
Hey Rabbin, Unfortunately we cannot offer clinical advise on the channel. Kindly discuss this with your physician or radiologist.
In general, if you CT was negative, you should not worry about findings on x-ray.
