Great picture. 👏👏👏 what beautiful memories and plushy. I still have my holly hobbie doll. I need to find a book or drawing to document. Thank you for the trip down memory lane. ❤😊
Diane: never heard of the book. However, as children we all had favorite books. You did artistic justice to your favorite book. It turned out really nice. Carol from California
Love it, Diane 😀 As I've mentioned before, I was an elementary art teacher. I loved using children's books as a jump start. This book was one of my favorites 😍 I was teaching grades 1 and 2 how to use chalk pastels, drawing their own wild thing on dark construction paper. So messy 😅 but so fun 😊
Loved watching this page come together Diane 🤗 This was my daughter’s fav kids book too 👹 She also has a monster plushie from the book called Carol. She also has a onesie (adult size) we got her that’s the same as Max wears. We went to see the movie together when it came out. Did you see the movie? Thanks for the trip down memory lane 💜
Thanks very much and thanks for the interesting comment. i had to look up which monster is Carol. I didn't see the movie, but did own an animated version on VHS years ago. Must have come out in the '90s (I'm guessing). Such a cool book! TFS and TFW! 😃

Thank you! Holly Hobbie was very big back in the day. Remember "her" well. TFW! 😄
Loved that book as a child too. At least two of your videos have my same favorite childhood books 😊
Yes, that's a good one! Thanks for watching! 😀

Thank you! Drawing your own "Wild Thing" as a child sounds super fun. Wish one of my teachers would have assigned that. TFW and commenting! 😄

Too funny that they bothered to put letters on the sticker sheet- but then didn't give you enough of the letters to spell out the title!
Yes, rather ironic! TFW! 🤣🤣
