@@AutoPraat cool, I got 169...no issues except gearbox which was replaced at MB.

Back when the M140i came out late 2016 I was torn between that and this FL A45. I drove em back to back and it was a close call but went for the M140i due to the sound. These are great cars too.
Both are garbage and bring shame to the MB and BMW names. They're for people who wanna tell people they drive an MB or BMW when in reality those cars are closer to a Hyundai than they are to an MB or BMW.
@G-..- there's plenty of models that bring shame to those brands but those are not them.

How do you compare the handling though?
Quattro 4 wheel drive is better than 4matic , I had an S1 before it was way better .
Don’t buy this car it’s just too slow as mentioned above every 5cyl will own you 340HP or 367HP rs3 (the old ones ) are way faster. Also interior is petty old as well navigation etc I was not satisfied sold the car after 2 years . Service is for AMG every year costs 1000€ at Mercedes .
Im the owner, I did not try the RS3 like others are saying to buyt but I drive this A45 daily for the past 3 years and its a blast! It is kind of "easy" to drive tho, if you like something more challenging you might get bored.

I have a 2018 model. Steady 2= 446 horsepower, 0-100= acceleration 4.0 seconds, 0-200= 13.7 seconds, 0-250= 24.6 seconds. Maximum speed 293 km/h,
Without steady 2 slow as fuck Audi rs3 5cyl better

This car is proof that factory HP numbers can be misleading and what matters more is the actual power curve. Engine in this is very peaky like a NA engine and makes 380hp only in the last 500rpm or so. Compared it to a tuned Golf R for example, has similar HP like this but max power spreads all the way from 5250rpm to 6500rpm and consequently is much faster from 100-200kph than this A45.
My cupra 290 with 360 hp does 10.2 sec 100 - 200

My 2017 polo GTI stage 2 at 270hp does low 12 seconds 100-200
A motorbike with 80HP will do that time. Pfff
My Cupra ST 4Drive (AWD) with APR Stage 1+ and 360 HP does a solid 10.9.

This is the best looking a45 ever. With the black rims it looks even better. Not the one this car has tough.
I had a 2018 model back in the day. Loved it to bits, such a fun car. Sold it for a M2 Comp, but honestly had overall more fun in the AMG!

I dont get it... 100-200 is a 12.05. My Cupra does 12.5 100-200 with just 300 hp... Where is the 80 hp??? Not that it is slow. The Merc sounds 1000 times better but 380 hp?
FWD vs AWD. Not heavy to understand. Compare AWD against AWD, cause there is some drain loss. But a Golf R with measured stock 345 hp does the same time like this AMG.

@@ag8912 it decouples at the differential on the back which means the drive shaft is still spinning which is lose HP on the drive train. You should know that man. Plut the Golf weights like 100-150kg less

4 cyl is just trash better buy rs3 4wheel drive is better and 5cylinder my Porsche cayman with 6cyl without turbo is faster than this one with only 295hp .
