Yeah, he apologizes in private while everything he did to humiliate her and hurt her was done in public. Oh and now he needs a favor? He's lucky she is a good and honest person. Funny how he only remembers good things, oh that's right, she was the one constantly hurt in that relationship, not him.
Now, he's saying all these? Where were those thoughts when he humiliated her so publicly and dragged her off the stage and continued to show his disgust thereafter. Did he give her that benefit of the doubt before?
She was a pathetically lacking in confidence and so the writers gave her the best outcome...to forgive a jerk who publicly humiliates her, leaves her at the altar, destroys ANY trust she could possibly have in him, almost destroys her career, and abuses her over and over again, and he only has to say "...I'm sorry..." and she forgets his personality and pretends he's a nice guy and goes back to him. PUKING right now!
What really puzzles me is why people think this is a beautiful romance. Do they think inflicting pain and humiliation is beautiful?
I'm in a rage about what he did, yeah apology accepted but It would be impossible to be with him, but on the other hand, we also understand why in the end she accepts him again, damn, this really happens in drama land and novels beautiful piece.
Hello, how can we trust the English subtitles when they're not same when as what the actor is saying in English. English doesn't become different language from the actors mouth to the subtitle. LOL! seriously people.
The couples mistake is not communicating. She was stupidly afraid of his reaction because of her aunt. He was a coward and not confronting her the moment he found out instead of trying to trick her into confessing. Honesty is the best policy!
I refuse to blame her for her choice to go back to him. It's her choice..do I agree..not really. Both have been hurt with secrets but she took the high road and he's his father's son. Hopefully there's a part 2 so Si Cheng gets his love story too....and hopefully Gao Jie gets pregnant and goes hormonal on ML. I don't like to be stereotypical about women but being pregnant isn't easy and if she has a difficult time going thru it, so should he. No more visits to the local bars for this playboy!
