- This vlog has been in the queue for a while. I was originally planning to post this before giving birth, but Scottie surprised us and came out early! I’m still putting this out here though cause a lot of you mamas have been requesting for this. Here’s my WHAT'S IN MY BAGS - hospital (and ecq)edition!
I’m finally giving you a glimpse of what I packed for our short stay at the hospital. I say “bags” because we also had to pack a separate duffle for the baby. Can’t believe I’ll have to do this forever from now on! 😍
I only brought the important things - a few post-partum friendly clothes, my toiletry kit that I bring all the time when I travel, and some post-partum essentials that you’re going to see in the video. Let me know if you want me to do a “what I actually used” version of this though, so I can film one for you!

Where did you get your silk scarves?? I think that’s such a great idea! I’m expecting too and usually sleep with silk pillow cases but I don’t want to bring my silk pillow cases there with me in case it gets tossed by accident.
As a health care worker, breastfeeding is one of our advocacy hehehe continue breastfeeding Kryz so that Scottie will be a strong cutiee baby. God bless you SkyFam ❤❤❤

You can use calmoseptine ointment for nappy rash. Available in any drugstore and affordable too. Works the same. Or you can also try human heart nature nappy cream.

Love that you try as much to be economical and eco friendly. Also, how well-researched your are with the whole thing :) Pls try Haakaa NZ it’s sooooo goood for baby stuff esp for milk and breastfeeding.
I also admire the fact that you don’t mind borrowing (binder) or using what you have around for both baby and you.
