HUGE CARNAGE STATUE!!! Rare Custom Marvel Statue Review!

- Look who was waiting for me when I got back from vacation! CARNAGE! And a huge Carnage at that! This one was sculpted by Juan Pitluk. I've been looking to add a Carnage statue to my growing Spider-Man statue collection for some time now. I pre-ordered this one a while back. Thought it would look cool next to Spidey and Venom, being that it doesn't have a huge footprint. I wasn't disappointed. This one is Carnage on steroids! I've got another custom Carnage vs. Venom diorama on PO, and was considering picking up the new Daniel Bel Sideshow Carnage premium format as well. Question is, do I have space for all these Carnage statues?

About Carnage (Marvel Comics):
Carnage was once a serial killer known as Cletus Kasady, and became Carnage after merging with the offspring of the alien symbiote called Venom during a prison breakout. The symbiote amplified his psychotic nature making him even less mentally stable than he had been previously, and therefore even more dangerous. An interesting note is that, unlike Venom, Carnage is a singular entity, referring to himself as "I" instead of "We", because the symbiote has actually merged into Kasady's bloodstream. Carnage is also the "father" of Toxin. A note on his childhood: Cletus' father killed his wife (Cletus' mother) because she tried to kill Cletus. Cletus then testified in court against him, saying that he killed her for no reason, causing him to die by electric chair as means of punishment. It is also unclear on Cletus' relationship with his mother, as he seems to have feelings for her, causing him to dig up her grave at the end of his massacre through New York. He also revealed that he killed his grandmother when he was younger, pushing her down a flight of stairs. Since the alien symbiote adapts to the host's personality, the Carnage symbiote is affected by Kasady's insane mind and lust for destruction.

Carnage is definitely one of my favourite Spider-Man villains, but my number 1 favourite Spider-Man villain has always been venom
Venom tops Carnage on my list as well. But had to get at least 1 for the collection.

Man! Too bad those tendrils weren’t color coated to make assembly smoother. It’s a cool looking statue DT. But that Daniel Bel SS Carnage looks great too! So many options, too little space and not enough money. 😆
The tendrils are not nearly as difficult as that Spidey vs. Venom assembly. I like the Bel Carnage and the price point is a lot more attractive. I might have to hold off, since I already have this one. Maybe eventually I will break down and get it. Should be around for a bit longer with an ES or 3500.
