You could say: *University name* is a tier 1 research university (make sure your university is tier 1). Their *department name* is well reputed for research in *name of the field*.

@@harshpreetanttal2475 Hey, I don't have a picture of me in my interview outfit but I'll explain every bit. Bio metrics: White leggings with a long kurti, it had 3/4th sleeves and a collar. Visa Interview: A light pink formal shirt and a dark blue formal trousers. Hope this helps

I went US visa on 15 and 16 th june 2023,
Huge rush,many are got admit and few good profile reject.
But generally don't worry too much about beyond things.
Just 4 or 5 questions raised from ms admit students,i chat them
UG cgpa,final year project,list of admits.
How to fund.
If you show bank loan or source of fund.probally ok.
Dress professionally, answer only the question asked to you.
So feel free ,best of luck for the future endeavours.

Hi, Gurpreet. You'll do great at your interview, I'm sure. To further improve your chances of visa approval, I recommend having a mock interview with a former US visa officer. It helped improve the chances of my sister's visa approval

Hi, I am preparing for the interview, and I completed my master in 2022 and I got admitted for PhD Fall 2023. I am not sure about the answer - what did you do after Masters, as I just prepared for IELTS and working on PhD application, SOP and all. What should I tell them exactly?

You're welcome. So, first of all, the visa officer won't randomly reject you, you've worked hard for the past year, with the applications, arranging funds, etc etc. You've done your best. Keep this in mind and stay positive. And if the person infront of you gets rejected, think of it like "wow, that's one extra availability of a visa" 👀
Hi, Surya. It helps to also have a mock interview with a retired US visa officer. From my sister's experience, it really helped to reduce her anxiety and she got the visa. I can recommend the one she spoke to.

Can I mention that I have pretty decent scholarship from the university which has made the university affordable. On top of that, the university offers a dedicated course about video game design and game development. And end the answer .(the university I applied to is also a tier one university but I haven't added it to my answer)
I don't think you should say that the uni is affordable after the scholarship. You should never let the officer think that you may not have enough funds to afford education in USA.
Definitely talk about the dedicated course on video game design and game development and how it suits your career goals. Good luck!

Hi ur video is really honest, I have my vi in the end of this month, iam planning for masters and I have got in South East Missouri State University , I have applied to University of New Haven, Saint Louis University, and University of Illinois spring field.
If visa officer asks me like in which university did u got admits means can I answer like apart of South East Missouri state university I got in University of New Haven Saint Louis University and Illinois spring field is still under department review.

Look up universities with higher rate of acceptance when compared to University of New Haven. This information is easily available on google.
