This, this guy is a very good politician, which, actually makes him more terrifying than half the cast, who are probably going to die by the fault of their own pride.
Lord Manderly reminds me a bit of Littlefinger. Both aren’t warriors because of their physical limitations but both use their minds as weapons yet are underestimated by their opponents. But the main difference between the two is Littlefinger is only loyal to himself while Manderly is very loyal to the Starks (simce the Starks gave the exiled Manderly family a home in the north)
I love that this dude WILLINGLY became a cannibal for revenge sake. I hate how the show butchered all of the cool as fuck side characters to basically extras
Wyman's heir Wyllis was forced to Cannibalism at Harrenhall and was crushed by the experience. I think Wyman is prepared to do this in solidarity with Wyllis in order to get his revenge.
Wyman goes to show how valuable it is to have a varys/littlefinger type ally on your side, as well as showing you dont have to be evil to have those abilities
Another way you can be CERTAIN The meat pies were the freys. Is that in most food circumstances? George is very very very very specific as to what is being consumed and in this case it's just "meat pies" and I don't think that's unintentional
I believe it was wyman and abel who wrote the pink letter with the help of maester meldrick( maester of his cousin donella hornewood) who was one of the 3 maesters roose brought to winterfell with him
Wyman is great. He is of the North but he is no Northman. Hes no Old Gods faithful. No no. Wyman can play the same Southron games as any Tyrell or Lannister.
I don't think the Wolfs Den is a luxuries prison. Its just Davos had a nice cell. There are other places that he probably be much worse. Definitely smells much worse.
@@ExploringFiction LOL. Oh okay. It's even funnier, because that's how I imagine an AI would read italicized words. I actually thought that was causing it. You read the rest well, so don't worry about it.
One thing I like about Wyman is that he shows how big a threat Tyrion could have been if he could have acted less proudly. Great video as always.
Wyman laughs and keeps to himself but he knows what he is supposed to do, and he will do it right under your nose.

Completely agree!

House Manderly is one of my favorites
Between them and House Reed the north will be regained for the Starks when it’s least expected- I hope!

Apparently Freys taste just like chicken
I always thought he took a pleasure in doing this. Fully enjoying his little victory as well as watching his enemies partake
I don't think it's cannibalism to eat wretched weasels.

You are right. It is obvious what is in those pies. And having the song of the rat king playing.

the way he cooked and ate those frey men, fire!!!
Another great character analysis. I had been hoping he would eventually get his own video essay. Well done again!
Thanks again! Glad you enjoyed it.
You Definitely should have talked about the North Remembers speech, one of the best in the book.
Great video, excited to see Illyrio in Winds!
Thank you!

I love this guy.
You gotta do a video on Euron Greyjoy man I love your vids!
Thank you! I'll see what I can do
Woooo House Peake!!!!

Dissembling is sometimes a necessary tactic. Cowardly, but u can't fight unless u live another day.
This guy is like the only male ASOIAF character I have a crush on
You like em with girth, huh?

Is this voice done using AI? Because why are the titles of the books read in such a weird way?
Haha it is not! I just accentuate the titles differently. I don't even know why, maybe just because I italicize them in my scripts

Your constant fat jokes about him are hilarious.
Starks my a@s. Wyman Manderly should be ruling the North
