  • Aviva Perlo brings a raw, funny, and deep examination of values of life and death and trauma in her trainings, comedy, and/or writing. She makes you think. Maybe you don't want to think, but it happens. In ‪@Aviva_CreativeCoping‬she offers a series of monologues decorated with costumes and images to convey that life is worth living, and so is Judaism. There is a sliver of self-deprecating Jewish humor, and her project gives way to the notion that multiple ideas are fine. She believes that women's bodies are sacred, and in no way is rape permitted. Her project aims to educate lay people about some inspiring parts of Judaism (without saying so) and affirm the value of life. L'Chaim.
