If you're playing on a real Sega Genesis, you need a Team Player to connect 4 controllers at once. If you're on an emulator like Fusion 3.64, go to Options > Set Config, then go to Controllers and enable "TeamPlayer (Port 1)". From there you can set the controls for each player.

Unfortunately there's only support for up to 4 players according to the manual, so when it comes to two players facing off against two other players in the Soccer and Basketball modes, both teams are forced to have a CPU (though it does give the player control when you pass the ball to them).

@@Aszaxa I want to play with 6 players but I cant BECAUSE IS A SEGA GENESIS AND CAN ONLY BE PLAYABLE WITH 4 PLAYERS MAX! (unless theres a 2v2 game)
