- For about 11yrs I've been watching these guys slay in plains, never in a million years I thought I would hunt with them! James, John, and Keith heard me say it several times but I'm forever thankful for the time they put aside to entertain us. I can't wait to go back!

If I remember correctly these guys are why I decided to have a custom 22-250AI with a fast twist barrel built. It's a phenomenal coyote, pronghorn, and bobcat gun and I've killed a few deer and hogs also. I love that rifle so much I'm on my 2nd barrel and I've only had it for about 2 and a half years but it gets shot a ton... Great video as always keepem coming brother!!!

I also occasionally run a 22-250 Ackley. Mine isn't a fast twist and it's a very heavy barrel. Works every bit as good as my old 220 Swift on Prarie Dogs. I wonder if that Barnes 55 TTSX would be effective enough for hogs.? I've harvested 100's of coyotes and 1000's of pasture poodles but never a hog.
What twist rate for your barrel? My bergara hmr is 1-9. I just handloaded a ladder test with 53 gr vmax and 55 gr blitz kings. Waiting for a day to test that’s above freezing here in nw Indiana.
@@wyomingcountryboy if it'll stabilize it it'll get the the job done... I've killed deer and hogs with the 55gr TSX in both of my 22-250 Rem's that I also have but 1 of those rifles has a 1:14 twist that I don't think it would stabilize a 55gr TTSX because of the added length of that bullet. That said I didn't know they made that bullet I only knew of the 62gr and the TTSX and LRX line is probably my favorite bullets on the market because the performance is outstanding and they hit way above their weight class so I'm definitely going to look into finding some to try out.
@@250smacks I had mine built with a 1:7 and I've shot up to 80gr SMK bullets so far but I've shot a ton of the 77gr SMK and this barrel loves them...

103 grain precision hunter drops them every time. I have shot 30 coyotes this year and this bullet has been flawless.
Do you have any recommendations on 308 rounds for hogs

@ImVaiiderr I really like the Sierra Gamechanger 165GR TGK but if you are shooting a bunch of rounds be expensive. I would go with a Winchester soft point.

Howdy from Wyoming. New scribe and new 2 thermal too. Saw you on O'Neill Ops, Discovered them because we use the same gunsmith. 40 years experience calling coyotes during daylight, but I'm getting old and eyes aren't the best anymore....kinda figured it might be time to try thermal.

If you want big dogs,wolves in Wisconsin,Minnesota,up Michigan still can’t huntwolves yet,but that 75 would be easier to tell wolves and coyotes apart,it’s hard to tell apart sometimes,don’t want to make a mistake it costs a lot!been hunting fox and coyotes since I was 10 ,I’m 64 now,it’s the most addicting hunting for me,have fun!!!!!and good hunting!!

Been watching your videos and researching on what suppressor I want to purchase. With your background and knowledge I thought I would ask. If you could purchase one do it all suppressor what would it be? Caliber range from .17HMR up to 30 cal (.308).

Stupid question, but had anyone ever raised a Yote from a pup that was able to domesticate the pup to a pet? Are they wild enough to not be domesticated from a pup and never a Yote in the wild???
