That rsx seem kinda slow. I’ve had I/H/E and race a bolt on tuned LSV integra & beat it, but it wasn’t gutted ofc. they were some good close races tho.

rsx type s are slow stock, a stock gsr integra will whoop a stock type s any day of the week, i know because i've owned both

What is a LS VTEC?
B18B block, GSR/B16/ITR head, longer crank throw than a B18C, a little more torque - especially if you bump the compression a little with some pistons.
LS Vtec is a D16 block with K24 head
