Have you tried any vegetarian spots? I think in terms of what I think others will like, probably the beef tongue or kebabs would be a hit with my family
The dishes featured I'd try are the oysters, beef tongue, and the organs wrapped in calfat yakitori I feel like that would be the most satisfying for the price.
Damn my family loves beef tongue, I should try cooking it like that. The oysters also look awesome, I rarely see them served where I live much less taste em fried, gotta remember that.
I grew up eating fresh meat in our own farm as a kid until I was 13 years old. I ate organ meat every time we sacrificed an animal and I never got used to it or craved it. I only ate it so my siblings wouldn’t give me hard time and I barely took one small bite before running to trow it up or drank lemonade to help with the taste and get it down when the elders promised to give me money 💰 if I ate it lol 😂. To hear people saying I like it is not new news for me because my parents love it, but it sure doesn’t bring back good memories for my taste buds lol 😂. Yes I ate a small piece last week and still I hate it after 37 years lol 😂. But Japanese food sounds amazing
Because of the size of her platform, it might influence a large amount of people to overwhelm the store and create a stressful work environment. This isn't accurate but I read something similar in the comments under the video she made on that specific restaurant.
How exclusive did it feel to be told not to share the location? That’s totally awesome; no plans to capitalize on it here. I totally understand why they won’t want to share the location internationally because they’ll end up attracting those who can afford it. They hop on quick and sometimes without great intent. Wealthy people are usually also the most critical, and I understand foreign owners that know the what and how of their craft. They just hate people coming in to bash the small details.
Can you recommend meat free dishes? I'm not vegetarian, but I just don't like meat, they're too smelly for me, more juicy, more smell. Not so much on seafood too, still can eat fish meat if it's not smelly tho. I love vegetables and egg usually, so I ended up with vegetable tempura most of the time. Is there other Japan unique vegetable dish that's delicious?
Well, you are sharing that you like it but are you or are you not sharing the location? If you share the location despite being explicitly asked not to... there is no excuse for how rude that is. If you don't share the location and the owner wouldn't mind sharing a top 5 as long as they cannot be identified... then you are just trying to provoke peoples reactions. So either way, it is a shitty move. It is also disgusting how proud you are of 'disregarding' (I can't tell if you are or aren't cuz of the "location" thing) the owners wishes.
Which of these would you wanna try? 🍣
🍡 Here's a list of everywhere we ate in Japan: jeanelleats.com/where-we-ate-in-japan/
All of em- if I can afford 😔
Specially the uni and seashells
Unibowl. Hands down!!!
Where is the place?!!
Please share 🙏
The one you can't share😂 which I totally understand and respect, but it's still the one I wanna try the most lol
Beef tounge and the uni bowl
Yes
i think, people not wanting to share it, is because they like it not too busy or wanting not to attract the wrong people.
Some place in Japan only cater to local, they hate foreigner coming in
Japanese are introverts
@@benkeener1 how should i know? 🤷♂️ me no idea how hooman system work

日本語は日本人でも難しい😅
I don’t think I’ve ever had such thick cuts of tongue before :O looks yummy! Usually my family only eats thin slices
Have you tried any vegetarian spots? I think in terms of what I think others will like, probably the beef tongue or kebabs would be a hit with my family
KINA aka Uni ALL DAY EVERY DAY! 🤤 with the Oysters and yakitori for sides 👌🏾
I want that beef. It's hard to find beef in the Philippines you can cook rare or medium.
Wow. Youre really adventurous. Good on ya

Why would the owner not want you to share the location?
Because of the size of her platform, it might influence a large amount of people to overwhelm the store and create a stressful work environment. This isn't accurate but I read something similar in the comments under the video she made on that specific restaurant.
overflooding of course - it’s finer dining & not a fast food chain.
The original video she said it was “invite only..”
The press from any platform can shutter small businesses. Too much business, high expectations, and a lot of disrespect from customers.
There are some restaurants in Japan that are invite only, could potentially be that!
Tough call, I've had tongue & like it but the sea urchin would be a cool new experience. The 5 1 looked delicious too.. ..everything 😂
That is pretty good 👍
Yum
No but bro this makes me so hungryyyyyy
Yummy 🤤😋
Wow 🙌🏾😍
Love your choices ❤ Bravo
that all looks delicious 😋
Im craving that beef tongue
The beef looks delicious ❤
Have you tried the Fukushima Oysters yet?
Is there any vegetarian options you would recommend
I highly recommend this place for my Vegan friends
the oysters must be bomb
Lmao I nearly choked 😂
😂
Definitely the unibowl
Yummmmmmmm OMG
"The Japanese don't eat a lot of meat". This looked delicious!
Where is the place for the beef tongue? I would love to go there
You should go where they
Kill these
Gentle
Animals and collect the tongues
Out of their
Mouths snd then say yum
Just saying
The beef tongue place looks like 利久 Rikyu
I am hungry now !!!!!
Honestly, not sharing the location is actually good marketing. This will make people curious and want to look for it.
Wont that give other restaurants more business and not them? 😭
@@fatto7144 In that case, they could always change the marketing if it doesn't work anymore.
Haha, I, for a second, thought that the sea urchins was a tiramisu 😅😅
The oysters must have had an explosion of flavor
Is the uni cooked or raw?
Her voice makes me giggle
What were the best vegetarian dishes u had😅
So, brief summary; meat, meat, meat, also meat, meat and meat
Are these all located in Tokyo?
"Which would you choose"
All.
All of them, But UNI FRST!
I want to try oysters so bad

Okonomiyaki
Kaiseki or Shoujin ryouri is good for you, I guess.
How much was the uni bowl?
"I recommend getting T H I C C"
Never change, Jeanelle :)
Hiroshima oysters sounds like some navy coalition 💀
Everybody criticizing the tongue, must've never had Lengua Tacos. Missing out on life for sure.
ラーメンが出てこないところが良かった👍
I'd have to be starving to eat any of it and maybe not even then, lol
Me too 🤮
The Gatekeeper are crying rn 😢😂
I make full tongue steaks. Only thing I do is slice off all the outside.
Way more adventurous than me, i had chicken neck and raw salmon and thought i was being “cultured” 🤣
No go for me; egg that moves
I will be spending the rest of my life trying to find that meat omakase place
You have an interesting palette. Those meals are probably not my jazz
That’s cow tongue looks delicious
Beef tongue is so good one of the best cuts of meat on a cow! People don’t know what they are missing so good!
Shhh don't tell the others! There's less of it all the time, and it cost more and more. Keep it a secret, tell them it's gross!
I wonder why the owner felt that way? Probably didn't want 'certain' tourist visiting... 💀
Uni tastes like a solid Loogey.
Well sea urchin is literally its gonads, and only its gonads. Pretty gross
Damn the flavor of the oysters must explose in your mouth
The owner of the raw meat spot actually invited them or smth thats why the location was not shown
😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
Oh I'm not worried!!! Cause I'll never fly!
