Rio was upset when he got the liquor bottle because he thought that Nick ended up pulling her pony tail thus causing her to want to run for city council. He was jealous because he loved Beth. I really believe he loved Beth. The way he touched her, made love to her, and looked at her. He even told her at one point that if she needed something, all she had to do was ask. If that doesn't say I love you, I don't know what does. He even got upset when she banged him in her bedroom and she told him to leave.🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Absolutely, that bedroom scene he surrendered to what he felt and she kicked him out chillin and naked, he was vulnerable, she seduced him and then blocked him and he still told her about the FEDS and still forgave her when she SHOT him, he loved the hell out of Beth but was upset and perplexed what it was about this girl and also why she didn't see he was trying to help her and show his loyalty to her but she kept denying it but still wanted to be involved

I just had a thought Rio freed Beth, when he told on the brousin, his business was suppose to be 4 a lifetime, Rio said it. So she was free to leave and go to Nevada, but she chose to stay and be boss to him. So finally he loved her enough to let her go or let her lead and give her whatever she asked for and she loved herself/him, too I believe, enough to leave her marriage, chose to stay and work with him.

Am starting watching Good Girls at season 4. I am watching it on hulu. I haven't been able to watch the first 3 seasons. So I only know bits and pieces from reading comments and watching clips on UA-cam. Currently waiting for episode 5. So if you aren't caught up there may be some spoilers.
Rio is definitely testing Beth's loyalty towards him. I don't think Rio killed the "hitman" either. We didn't actually see him shoot him. So I think there is a chance he was kept alive and made to talk. Then Rio went and found out really who Dave is and ran interference with the feds and made his own deal. Thus why letting Beth get her hands dirty while he lays low. Also there was something off about the family. When him and dude were talking at the table and Rio said it was his cousin. Dude kept saying no I'm your brother. What was up with that. I think that is really the guy Rio answers too. Rio isn't stupid.
This is probably an unpopular opinion too but I don't think Rio is falling in love. He needs a fall guy. I think he's setting her up. I could be wrong. But in the end it always comes down to business. Also since I haven't had a chance to watch the first 3 seasons. Can someone tell me at some point was it known that Beth and Annie are sisters? Cause that little flashback I think it was s4e3 I missed the first time I watched it. But was bored and rewatched the 4 or 5 episodes that are out now. Think I just need to get Netflix and watch the entire show.

You should definitely get Netflix to watch S1-S3. It's totally worth it. I had watched season 1 in 2 days and since that Im obsessed with it. Just watch it there. It's always good to make your own picture of something.
