Nice video, however from what I know (I use the v12) the HEPA filter should not be soaked. It needs to be washed under running water and dried completely. Soaking it will ultimately reduce the filtration process over time and will warrant a change.

Dyson doesn't recommend immersing the motorised soft brush head into water. It has a motor inside! Not even the dustbin unit should be put into water. Only the soft big and small rollers and the filters are to be washed under running water. Everything else is to be wiped cleaned with a slightly damp cloth only.
I hv been using dyson for more than 2 years, the worst part of it is dust leaks through the collection bin straight into nose worsening my allergies to dust. Not a solution for people who hv dust allergies as cleaning has to be done by some one else😢

I think she spoiled the soft roller motor by placing it in the water. That is electric motor. Cannot soak in water. I own a Dyson v11 😂

It happens if the bin is not fixed properly to the body. plz chk once.
It leaks through the vents, it doesn't affect people who are extra sensitive to dust. It is closed throughly and filters cleaned as well.
The motorized heads have electronics and motor. It should not be soaked in water!!!
