House Carpenter, clawhammer banjo

My rendition of the House Carpenter on clawhammer banjo.
Tuning is sawmill, tuned down three semitones .... eBEAB
So I am singing it in Em. My voice can't go higher. Dm might be better, but it is difficult with tuning the banjo. Or at least I can't work out how. I don't want to tune it lower than this. Let me know if you have any good ideas ...
