@@LIVINGINDALLAS I agree with the other poster! It’s ridiculous that regular upper-middle class working Americans cannot get in to a nice home in TX for $600,000. It’s the CA roaches and foreign buyers who invaded over Covid
@@KAZHE63 Have you looked at homes priced 600K? They are very nice and in great neighborhoods with amazing school districts. What have you looked at In that price range that doesn’t fit your criteria?
They are not worth the price! Standard builder light fixtures, standard cheaper HVAC, cheaper carpet. My brother builds in Edmond OK so I know what I’m seeing.
