How to adjust and center the rear end for 1982-2002 F-Body Camaro and Firebird Models

This video explains how to use an adjustable Panhard rod, a ratcheting strap and a nearby tree to center your rear end.

This was painful. I needed to center my `99 TA rear after putting some 315s in the back. I removed the single adjustable PHB and installed my on car adjustable bar that merely needed some rod ends.

I used a rachet strap but connected it to the side where the track bar mounted so your not pulling it off the JACK stand

Those rod end are really noisey and they drove me bonkers......I switched to a roto joint....much better
My PB allows me to turn the center and loosen the ends..turn it in or out to lengthen or shorten as needed ....no need to remove the joints out of the axle

Yeah, agreed. This was an eBay build to save a Camaro from the crusher basically. Replace anything that’s garbage with the cheapest, but improvement over stock, parts.
