Those criticizing the people helping this home owner need to educate themselves on the law , a law that has been flouted and taken the homes of ordinary people . This could be anyone of us and I for one am glad there are groups like this .

I've noticed that these guys don't speak English very good and they're struggle to understand basic conversation, its strange they said they're working for a company as security! How come they got the job without speaking good English?! Also UK police are Corroded, it's true.

I had a similar issue in Darby when
I sold a property I had been renting out. Me & my partner turned up to clear the property this ladie & her kids had moved in refusing to leave.
The police never helped us just said it’s a civil issue. Even when we showed a letter seen in the house she was an illegal immigrant they did nothing.
We ended up paying thousands to get her out of our property.
This is what we should be doing before they trash ours homes our streets and before we know it we are scared to live in our houses, let our children out to play.

If they don’t own the property, they don’t belong there unless the owner gives them permission. Most of THOSE people are crooked.
This is what happened in the states. Watched a program people was getting pay day loan's 1 payment late the company sending bully bailiffs taking over there homes. All towns were board city's 100s of houses empty rotting away owned by the banks. While the people who once lived there are homeless living on the streets. Bank of dave from Burnley help people who asked him for bank loans to pay the pay day loans back because thay was losing there home's. He look into it took time to find out who owns the company's thay was American. When he found the addresses thay were using. Thay were all boarded up business premises thay owned and had been vacant for sometime.

They aren’t the legal owner. The bank are.
@@JoFloss you have no evidence that is true. If it was true, the initial repossession would have complied with the provisions of CPR 55 and the Possession Order would have been served in advance of the repossession. There was no notice of the repossession. This should tell you that you are wrong.

Strange to me that MSS Security and Facilities management...is actually AIM 2 Learn LTD, trading as. One director is a 'Tutor' and a former director a 'Nail Technician'....from 'teaching' to property security...strange change 🤔.
They are not Approved Contractors so they can get away with employing staff without a full 5 year checkable UK history, and they're most likely self employed so you can hold them personally responsible in their private capacity if they choose to sue them. Deffo check their badges

When talking with the police over this sort of thing, remind them that They too are only one pay cheque away from being in the same situation. Ask Them if They would want your help to stop Them being unlawfully evicted.

Then organise a similar support network in your area. Reach out to your neighbours and community in any way you can. We must be well informed first, knowledge is power.
Then we gather and form a support network, then we act as one where clear miscarriagess of justice have happened.
