This popped in my recommended today, makes me sad to see this happed 7 years ago.. also may I say your narration continues to be top notch. I wish mine could sound anywhere close to this
+The Rail Yard HD Thanks very much for the kind words! I'm sorry to see all the familiarity disappear, but it is exciting to see new things happen and know that rail traffic is making a good comeback. Thanks for watching!
Awesome video. Answers a lot of questions I've had about the SEPTA/CSX relationship between West Trenton and Woodbourne. Thanks for documenting this historic moment at this location.
+Central Penn Rail Productions Thanks very much, Eric! I wish I could have been there to witness the official "first" and "last" trains thru CP TRENT before it was dissolved from CSX, but I'll be thankful I got what I could. I appreciate the kind words!
+TrainiacProductions Interestingly enough it has come to my attention that this project was not done because of traffic volume on either railroad. SEPTA had to separate from CSX in order to meet PTC guidelines. SETPA is using ATC and ACSES particularly because of their shared use of Amtrak, this meant that their version of PTC would NOT be compatible with CSX, which will use an I-ETMS version of PTC.
+J Michelin Thank you very much, J Michelin! The narrations are back and are here to stay. The project was just completed a few days ago, and I'll be out shooting footage over the next week or so. Things are running very smoothly up there and I'll make sure to show how so in the new video. Thanks for watching and for the kind comment!
Dude, holy shit. Awesome video and shots! The narration and documentary of this history in progress is insane, and the construction footage to show it is the icing on the cake, not to mention some sweet catches in there! Sick dude!
+Dan Davis Thank you very much, bro! I'm really glad you liked it! I'm nervous to go back to the Kingdom to see how much has changed since this video... Lol
very interesting documentary. They certainly seem to be making good progress with that. Also nice to see they've managed to do it without demolishing the old buildings.
+AndreiTupolev Thanks very much for watching, Andrei! I'm happy to see the buildings stay, as well. Luckily, they are on the National Register of Historic Places and both are currently serving a purpose.
Well apparently I'm really late on viewing this one seeing as it was posted in August, but this was great Kyle, really enjoyed watching this piece. I remember seeing a handful of the still-versions of these moves posted over the past year, so it was cool finally seeing them in motion. I still can't get over how clutch the shadow was just barely missing that last K138 keeping that consist fully illuminated through the station, had it passed later in the day I'm sure you would have ran into some problems lol. This really makes me want to check the place out. Yeah things have obviously changed, but I'm sure it's as great of a hangout spot as ever, the world is long overdue for some AliceInChains243 clips from "The Kingdom" hehe. Seriously though, great job putting this together. There was a story to tell here and you nailed it, I doubt many others were keen to document the actual changes that took place during it's in-between period. Looking forward to whenever you throw together Part 2.
Yes. I saw them working at West Trenton. CSX mow equipment and Septa Crew was working on it. It's hard. However. In the Future, more CSX trains to come. I have some pictures of them doing the new track.
+NJRAILFAN & RACEFAN88 It'll definitely be nice to see the increased traffic flow now that the project is completed! If you're a fan on the Trainiac Productions facebook page, please feel free to share your photos from the work they've done!
TrainiacProductions Unfortunately Kyle. I don't have one. However, I'll still and will be a trainiac prodductions fan on youtube. I'll think about Facebook lin the future.
No problem, John! I was just wondering! Thank you very sincerely for watching and for the very kind comments. It's great to have you on board my friend!
+elirosen1391 Thank you very much, Eli! I'm glad you enjoyed. Unfortunately, I am unable to provide you a verifiable exact number. However, from what I've heard and what I've read, the number "seemed" to average between 5 and 10 per day. Don't quote me, though, I myself have never been able to get exact numbers or an exact list of trains. Sorry, but thank you for watching!
Just curious, will you be doing another video on more recent changes on the west Trenton line, like multiple new signals and the new third track starting from Yardley station?
+Brandon Follweiler Thanks for the kind comment and for watching, Brandon! On any given day you can see between 5 and 20+ freight trains thru Woodbourne, PA. It all depends on how much time you'd like to spend there, and of course any outstanding factors adding or limiting freight traffic. In general, Tuesdays and Saturdays yield decent traffic flow thru that station. I hope that helps!

Very nice work! This video will be a time capsule for future generations to see how the current track plan was executed

Thank you so much for the kind words! I'm happy to hear you enjoyed it!
love the horn on 7667. I've seen her before
Amazing job Kyle and I noticed that Csx 358 has Double flashing ditch lights
Great Video and Catches! Can't believe there's going to be a few changes.
That's a lot of traffic jam
Some containers since it to not two containers hat fit one container because there's electric overheads Debbie very dangerous
+Raillashup Productions Thanks very much, Aaron!
As always very well narrated. I really enjoyed this video!
+Tcostello105 Thank you very much, Tom! I'm happy to hear that you enjoyed; thanks for watching!

Awesome vid. Love it.
+27526D Thank you very much, man!
Glad to hear your narrating again! Amazing how tight West Trenton is; hopefully the updates to the line resolve the issue.

You're quite welcome.

I wonder what they're going to do between Yardley Station and West Trenton...seeing how there's some bridges that I'd imagine need widening.

TrainiacProductions It's a pleasure to be your friend.
Great video indeed. If you know, how many trains did Conrail operate upon the Trenton Line back in the 90s?
+elirosen1391 Thank you very much, Eli! I'm glad you enjoyed. Unfortunately, I am unable to provide you a verifiable exact number. They have been doing more work with the track at the Outbound Platform (8/12/15)
It also means goodbye to the unmistakeable G Style Signals along the line.
Not to mention CSX 358 & BNSF 1112 are together again but with CSX 5320 leading them.
It's looks more active then I though I thought that there would be like 1 csx a day!
Just curious, will you be doing another video on more recent changes on the west Trenton line, like multiple new signals and the new third track starting from Yardley station?
Awesome video! Quick question, do you know how many CSX trains run through Woodbourne at the station?
+Brandon Follweiler Thanks for the kind comment and for watching, Brandon! On any given day you can see between 5 and 20+ freight trains thru Woodbourne, PA. Another reason for the separation was the 2018 PTC deadline. SEPTA and CSX will have independent systems.
To everyone commenting here, there are quite a few current UA-cam videos concerning West Trenton
Njt used to run here
are both sides of the station being torn down?
+engineerpat 5290 No sir! Luckily, all of the station structures are remaining the exact same.
thats great news.
