?? How is the vampire coast the most degenerate? They are the current weakest undead faction and have been for a long while. I know for a hot minute in their release they were busted but that has been every race on release. Would you rather fight sleanesh over them. Genuinely curious since I haven't played competitive due to living off grid.

Also Turin! There's a new update around the corner for Spice Wars! Adds new gameplay - new unit customisations, ships, new neutrals that occupy villages and new expensive buildings that booooooooooost. Would be fun watching you guys dismantle each other again.

@@kononamae5124 There's 5 factions, yes. The new update added aerial units and reworked most systems. The experience is much tighter and tense

the RoR bomberbats have AP. Thats why they do such a big amount of damage.
Kinda like the Marienburg Outriders Grenade launchers that i cant remember the name of atm. They also have AP which makes them *insane*.
They also Sunder Armour, which against the already low armour of the Rangers is very rough.

Its just that usually they always die before getting into range so you rarely see them do well.

@@SmilingJack100 matchup is a bit bad for dwarfs right now, only having a 36% win rate against coast. Still not as bad as slaanesh or WoC so I get what you’re saying
@@kononamae5124 36% win vs coast? How? Like, there's basically no good counters the coast has? Maybe I'm overly colored by the WH2 experience, but it seems lke an awful matchup for coast.
@@SmilingJack100 I’m not entirely sure but I think it might be a combo of low mobility and not great legendary lords that are slowing the dawi down. You can go and check out their stats (and other factions) if you go to Total tavern

Beards in belts! :D I really liked the double Thane... completely naked they are 1000 gold for 6 capture weight, very hard to remove for certain factions and they should kill Depth Guard and Animated Hulks with every attack

Aw I wanted to see the dwarfs get the triple cap. Good game and well played. Bessie was a nightmare at the beginning but losing Noc was a killer.
Hi Turin! I was wondering if it would be possible for you to share the replays from this game and hopefully also other tournament games from the tournament webpage totaltavern? It would be really nice if there was a replay section on that webpage.
Because even if narration of replays on youtube is great it would also be great to be able to watch these replays on my own computer in my own time where I can focus on exactly what I want to know more about. I am also sure that other people would be interested in that.
I understand if you cannot share all of the replays since you do not have the permission of all of the players. But perhaps just the semifinals and finals or at least just the replays that you yourself played?
In any case thank you for all that you do for this great game and all of the 100s of hours of entertainment on youtube

Don't the Saltlord Scuttlords shatter armour? Seems like it helps them a fair bit, especially against Dwarfs.
It would be cool if u could pull a artillery crew and put it on a different artillery

Last dom game I played dawi vs coast I brought a massive ranged build with no arty, and just rushed up to try to kill queen bess with quarellers backed by thunderers. Terrible strategy I think, but it barely worked out that game as I did manage to take down bess eventually and somehow pulled it out on a 2 cap despite losing in value. Also went hammerers in reserve in case of syreens, but they ended up performing about as well as you'd expect (terrible)

Probably not, considering nocti can heal, without magic, harder to say

I'm a fan of coast especially their new rush playstyle with bombers. I love all factions. Most played factions are coast, bretonnia, and kislev. I'm a traitor to the order hate me.

I do feel like your too hard on undead mechanics in Dom. Other units break but then you can refund them, feels like undead are less efficient at coming back after a bad trade when their units are just all dead, and the enemy doesn't have to worry about running them down with skirmishers. Just my 2c.
Undead will generally crumble to death, hence, automatically going back into your pool, requiring little to no micro in the process, where as mortal units must be tracked, and unsummoned. We do have some solid data that undead are essentially stronger than all mortal factions, with the exception being WOC/Slaanesh because of hellstriders
I think DW v. Coast is possibly one of the most one-sided matchups in the game, like 80/20 dwarves, so brave-ass coast player here.
