Jerry, I would take it outside, and brush off the dust with a 1 inch or 1/2 inch paint-brush reserved for that use. Much easier than a spray-can of air.

Watching a young man like you repairing Old Radios warms my heart :) I worked on Electronics for 27 years now " Retired" but still work on them.
Nice to see younger people getting in this hobby. Tired of watching old farts like me do this and sometimes wrongly!
