The last option to set privileges fixed it all. I sat here without thinking about my interview tomorrow morning to fix my social site that I've created for asexuals and already have 400+ users. Everyone misses obvious thing that happened to me 2/2 times installing WP - if wp config is already created you should insert those lines at its begginning, not the end, (else there will be no difference).
