From someone who has dealt with debilitating panic attacks off n on for years, this is the best video I’ve ever seen. A video with real answers. I was an alcoholic and drug addict from 17-23. Started getting panic attacks at the end. Finally got clean and sober, anxiety started to get better. Got off the rest of the meds they put me on, and my anxiety went away for good. I was raised in church then ran away from God. Got my relationship back with God after I got clean. Then the past 10 years or so I’ve been a lukewarm Christian. I believe, I read the Bible all the time. But I let more n more sin in my life until I finally got overwhelmed and came back to God. In the process of cleaning out my life and my panic attacks just returned. And I didn’t understand that. I’m closer to God than I’ve ever been, why are my panic attacks back? Last night I thought I would die it was so bad. Finally calmed down and fell asleep. Then found this video today. You are completely right. About everything. This helped me so much. Thank you.

I had panic attacks too, and still have fear from time to time, I question the assumption I have deep in my mind that God will punish me, its false, I combat it with Scripture and let go of that belief

I love you so much Bro David for your obedience to the Holy Spirit. I have been experiencing horrifying anxiety attacks and panic attacks with some OCD and oh yes, intrusive thoughts!!! In the wee hours of this morning whilst crying out to God (out of frustration), I was asking Him to please help me and show me if it's spiritual attacks or of the flesh. After listening to two other teachings and was about to turn off my computer I spotted this teaching and just had to watch it and OMG you were speaking to me. It was as though you heard me talking to God this morning. You explained everything so humbly and with scripture to back it up. I now understand what is happening to me. Applying what I learnt immediately. God bless you anointed man of God!!! I stumbled upon your channel last week and you are such a blessing.

Do not listen to him, it is not the flesh we do not wrestle against flesh and blood Ephesians 6:12 it is always the enemy when you have torment, just ignore it by resisting it and it will go away also prayer and fasting help it's called spiritual warfare
During my walk, I noticed the holy spirit will take those thoughts away from me when they creep back up or I dive into them on accident. One minute I'd lose my head then it goes away in an instant and he corrects my behavior. Even if I listen to secular music he will warn me about the lyrics that can cause temptations or attacks by the enemy. Let him Correct you, let him protect you, let him help you.

The picture of my sister-in-law and niece singing "Shout to the Lord" at my nephew's funeral (their son and brother) got me through my mother's cancer treatment. It reminded me to praise Him in the good and in the bad. Thank you for mentioning that it’s not always a spirit. I agree with you that it’s that casting down those strongholds and those patterns of thinking. You’re right, I’ve literally trained my mind to worry and it’s going to take some time to train my mind to think differently. I was one of those people saying it’s not working for me which is a lie. And I was also praying out of frustration rather than faith.

This message checks out. God healed me from ptsd when I surrendered to Him and replaced my thoughts about being in danger with praising Him for being my protector. It took some time but His transformation and healing was remarkable- maybe took about a year. Prior to that I spent a decade seeking worldly solutions- many of them took the edge off but ultimately, my Creator healed me.

This video has come at a crucial time of my life. Seven plus years of one overwhelming disappointment and devastating loss after another. So much so that contemplating an end to my life has been a pattern of thought. But I won’t succumb to that end after all the progress I’ve made. David speaks plainly and without apology for his convictions. Obey, pray, faith and trust. I haven’t come this far to fail and give up, though I would love to some days. This was exactly what I needed to hear. I began following these ministries on UA-cam that instilled so much fear in me I felt I constantly was opening doors to all these different kinds of demons. My mind was more focused on fear than on faith. Thank you.
Both intrusive thoughts and demons do these kinds of things. In fact, demons tend to cause these intrusive thoughts to become "strongholds." However, not every intrusive thought is a demon. These ministries you are talking about are not bad because they do set people free, and some people actually have had their intrusive thoughts stop after they got a deliverance! But we should not react in fear for God gave us power over the enemy. It is best for us to ask God if we are struggling with a demon or simply a mental issue (or accidentally creating a wrong thought pattern). He leads us into all truth. Deliverance is a legitimate Biblical thing and it is a godly part of ministry; it is God putting His finger on people and setting people free from the kingdom of darkness. It is just important to remember to recognize the human aspect of things; sometimes we may be born with mental disorders or we could struggle with trauma, wrong mindsets, etc. Accidentally created on our own.

Wise counsel. I think part of the reason for failure is not deep down believing that God could love us. Sometimes emotional damage is such that we think we have to be healed to be worthy of God's love...but it is God's love that does the healing. ❤❤❤

You just read my mind...I was going to say that when Paul asked the Lord to remove the thorn in his side, He told Paul that His (the Lord's) grace is sufficient... I have had things that God removed from my life after humbly praying and strongly believed He would ... I have also humbly prayed for certain things, and He had me wait until "I" was ready for the answer. Sometimes, the answer is no because what I asked for was not good for me and not within God's will. Thank you for sharing this lesson about anxiety and our misunderstanding of God's ways vs. our ways and how we must grow in faith, fully trusting God. Acceptance that God is in control regardless of the situation, being thankful and daily renewing our minds...😊
