I recently visited nihi.com and found the most amazing chocolate factory hidden in the jungle. It was rated the best hotel in the world for two years and is truly a magical place.
Soo yeah my homemade chocolate bar may/may not have melted by the time I went outside to eat it... (hence the other one I actually bit into)

Hey nick I love you’re vids
Making chocolate is incredibly involved.
1) Harvest the cacao pods,
2) Cut the pods open and separate the beans,
3) Ferment the beans,
4) Roast the beans,
5) Crack the beans and separate the nibs,
6) Crush the nibs up until they're the size of a red blood cell (turns it into a liquid called liqueur)
7) Press the liqueur to separate the cocoa butter from powder,
8) Recombine the powder and butter with additives like sugar and milk,
9) Mix and aerate for 12-48 hours (called conching)
10) Temper it as it cools to get the correct texture.
The entire process took hundreds of years to develop, and doing it yourself to achieve a similar result as the chocolate companies is next to impossible.

An even better fun fact: Cacao plants are the flavor you taste in a regular coca cola, and cacao can also be used to make cocaine. It also ties into the fact that Coke used to be made with... Coke.
