Oh my god, I would get so anxious seeing those customer waiting messages come in! I'd be running across the parking lot, hair a mess, clothes disheveled, eyes bloodshot from not sleeping for two days, and arms flailing wildly... "I'll be with you in a moment, ma'am! Just taking care of an on-fire toilet!"
Thank goodness for employees, once you can afford them! However, as you expand, the craziness of restocking and bringing in new inventory can raise the blood pressure :D
