Oh my god, I would get so anxious seeing those customer waiting messages come in! I'd be running across the parking lot, hair a mess, clothes disheveled, eyes bloodshot from not sleeping for two days, and arms flailing wildly... "I'll be with you in a moment, ma'am! Just taking care of an on-fire toilet!"

Part of me hopes that hauntings will get added, even if it's just a silly one-off or seasonal thing. "Sorry, can't rent that room. A succubus is dug in there like a tick!"
