I wonder how many times replacing Luke’s name with “Master Plo” would work before everyone caught on.

They did the same thing to Katee Sackhoff, in the S2 ending they showed Plo Koon. But she knew right away it was off and knew it was really Luke. I guess Plo Koon is a placeholder now for a top tier secret Jedi or just for Luke. Rosario would’ve known it was Luke but she wasn’t on set for the S2 finale of The Mandalorian.

I wish they just used him! The cg humans will always never be 100%, and while it’s very much improved from mando s2, there are still moments where it’s obviously cg. And the actor himself looks great!
I wanna see more of this young Jedi knight. We really only saw his true power in episode 6 and 2 minutes in Mandolorian S2. We have to get another film of him getting his ass kicked by some Sith Lord and bringing the new republic era together to fight Thrawn

Well he was the protege of George Lucas when they were making the clone wars series, back before Disney owned star wars. So he did learn from George how to make it feel like star wars.
I was in shock how much that Young Luke guy looks so much like Mark Hamil. I used to think only Sebastian Stan could play Luke if they ever recasted him. Now seeing this I think this guy can be Luke moving forward

Its CGI (yes they get someone who looks similar but to make it mostly cgi) a random person improved the CGI from mando and they hired the guy to do this after he posted it on UA-cam or something. Pretty cool.
@@Chuberino people thought they deepfake/deaged Mark. They did CGI on an actor who looks similar to Luke. Not much work to do. They just had to make sure his eyes, and mouth movements were Mark/Luke’s. Now only thing they need is for Mark to record the dictionary so they can deage his voice & splice it together for sentences. Before he passes. Which I bet they’re doing it in some fashion.

That 100% what Luke needs to be after Return of the Jedi "use your instancestrust the force. Feel dont think" Qui Gon just listened to the force and followed what felt right. He ignored the idea that Anakin was 'to old'. If Qui Gon never died, Anakin wouldn't of went to the Dark Side. If Yoda, Obi Wan, Mace windu, etc...acted like Qui Gon towards Anakin, then Anakin wouldn't have gone to the dark side. Qui-Gon was what the Jedi should be. And luke should be that as well. ...but unfortunately Disney is already turn Luke in the Boba Fett show into the loser Luke from the sequels. Luke has the dumb attachment rule...he's no different than the Jedi of the PT that faid...and as we can see from the Sequel...he did fail. So sad.
@@geomfilms He can have the rule about attachments and still be Qui-Gon. Even in real life different people under the same rules can interpret and end up doing vastly different things under them. Even the old jedi order had all sorts of characters within it. The old jedi had their failings but the whole system wasn't what caused their downfall.

Technically Count Dooku is responsible for everything. He was Quigon's teacher and he's the one who originally came up with this own philosophy of what a Jedi should be and taught Quigon that philosophy to think outside the box when it comes to being a Jedi. Dooku just ended up going too far and joining The Dark Side.

Rosario is a fantastic Ahsoka. It's great that they could have Luke meet another person who knew his father so well.

Seeing Ahsoka Tano and Luke Skywalker interact on screen has captured all of our hearts and is the most epic moment in the history of Star Wars! I’d love to see how they met, I bet Rosario Dawson was having as much of a fangirl reaction as all of us did seeing her and Luke have screen time.
Can’t wait for the Ahsoka series - she has to see Anakin again, reunite with Rex and I’d love to see more scenes between her and Luke and for her to have screen time with Leia.
Rosario Dawson has done phenomenally as Ahsoka, can’t wait to see her performance in her own series; still Ashley Eckstein is incredible as well for bringing the character to life and giving her her voice in Clone Wars and Rebels - she has to have a cameo in Ahsoka’s series.
Perhaps Ackstein can play a young Ashoka in a flashback? Her voice hasn't changed much after all.

This was like a mini star wars episode. Music characters backstory wonderful. Grinning ear to ear whole time.
What's crazy is that Rosario Dawson's regular natural personality is far more of a resemblance to Ashoka's personality compared to Rosario's on screen portrayal of Ashoka.
Off-screen, she's Clone Wars Ashoka, on-screen, she's Rebels and onward Ashoka

I never get surprised by shows and never get emotional but the clone wars haloed me get through so much and Ashoka grew up with me when I was little and I cry every time she shows up. No other piece of media does this for me.

When you think about it Ahsoka has met almost all of the important characters in Star Wars. Obi Wan, Anakin, Yoda, Mace Windu, The Emperor (before was revealed) Maul, Luke , R2 and 3PO, Chewbacca , Jabba, Padmé, it just keeps going who she's met and she's fought most of the villains.
And she’s given encouragement to Rey.
One of the many reasons she is one of the best characters. She’s been though a lot.

Ashley Eckstein, the voice actress for Asoka in all her animated appearances, is amazing and the reason that character is so beloved. But Rosario does the part a great deal of justice.

Ahsoka tano is a character who was incorporated in the middle. Therefore, she was criticized by fans because she seemed to be an unprovoked creation.
But now Ahshoka tano's narrative is adding touch to Star Wars. And the impression is reaching the highlight.
Ahsoka, you've done a great job.
In the comics and books she tried desperately to get anakin back, but in the end, all she could do was go into hiding for 20 or so years, once Luke created the Jedi order once again, she became apart of the high council, teaching and helping Jedi, and she does this till she’s old, she’s had an exciting life if you read about her

I don't know, Anakin's actions were irredeemable even before that suit. Pretty sure the last thing Luke wants is to be told how he's so much like a serial murderer.
For years I feared the image of ‘Jake’ Skywalker would forever bitter my memories Luke. But Jon and Dave brought me a Luke I couldn’t even dream of getting, a young Jedi Master brought to life via movie magic with the help of Mark Hamill coaching the actor who is now carrying that mantle.
I'm so so glad that Mark gets to do this as one of his last Star Wars pieces. Imagine if the last thing he did with Star Wars was Jake Skywalker and the butchering of his character.

Luke's story is so cool. A 20 year old turned Jedi trained by 2 of the most powerful Jedis ever one of the few left with no recollection of how the Jedi were.

Graham Hamilton doubled for Luke in BOBF and Max Lloyd-Jones in Mando S2. I heard that Disney hired a professional deepfake UA-camr to do the CGI for Luke after the criticism over the CGI in Mando S2.

Not really. The best episode was episode 5, which had its own share of problems and had practically nothing to do with the character it’s about
The best episodes were 5 & 6. And they had nothing to do with Boba. That’s why the season was the most streamed. People came up with their fantasy characters cameos for the finale. But were let down.
I LOVE the fact that they bring back Mark for these things..It would be absolutely horrible if the last thing he did was the new horrible crappy trilogy, that served no justice to his character
