  • Hello Everyone, I am sharing about Hormone balancing and foods that one can use to improve hormonal health particularly in women.
    This smoothie is delicious and anyone who wants good health can add this to their diet with exceptions to those that may have allergies to any ingredient here. Please always consult your doctor , Health practitioner or Nutritionist for guidance.
    Ingredients for the smoothie are
    Handful of Raspberries
    1 Banana
    1 Pomegranate
    1 tablespoon Chia seeds
    1 tablespoon Flax seeds
    1 tsp Bone broth
    half of the Lemon Peel
    4 tsps. Lemon juice
    1 cup Water
    2 tsps. Xylitol
    This Portion serves two people.
