180 Degree Box Inverter for dumping pelletized plastic pellets with minimum product loss.

Custom 180° Box Inverter fitted with mild steel hopper and Vortex 4" Quantum Series Air Gate Valve with custom out feed tube with a special displacement pocket on the closing end of the valve which assists in closing when material is present. The gate valve is used for metering pelletized polyester into a 3" solids conveying eductor rated up to 3,000 lbs per hour. Eductor machined from 304 stainless steel and equipped with Rotron Blower rated at 180 SQ FT PER MIN at 3.2 PSI. Blower direct coupled with 7 ½ HP, TEFC, 230/460/3/60 motor.
