  • Hi guys, today I'm showing you how I train my grip strength.
    After a long time of not training grip strength, I realized that the stronger you are and the higher the level that you are on in armwrestling, some things that didn't matter before, make a noticeable difference (like pronation, grip, etc...) :D

    Great video. I got a cheap one of these on Amazon for $28 CA. Really worth it. I really like the variation specifically for arm wrestling. Its not really important the number, its all about your progress. Thanks a lot!

    Hey I have 2 questions if its okey to ask?
    Im 23 years old and recently i got into watching armwrestling content do you thing its too late for me to start training to be an armwrestler and in its not what should I focus on working out the most now. Thank you man! Sorry for the long text...

      Hi :D
      It is definitely not too late for you! I would recommend you to strengthen your chest, shoulders and lats. You can also throw in some of the essential armwrestling exercises (you can find them in my video called "My top 5 best exercises for armwrestling"). Hope this helps :)

    Is it same as Vitali Laletin use? I mean he use GM150, but this one looks almost identical.

    With this dynamometer, exists any rankings? How many kg can you do normal grip? At least 100 kg I think.

      Yes, there are rankings 😁 I'm not sure where you can find them, but I know there are rankings. My maximum squeeze was 105kg :)

    Do you think supination should be trained negatively like pronation you described in previous videos or dinamically?

      I think supination shouldn't be trained for strength. I believe it should be done for more reps with a bit less weight, which you find conformable to work with :)
