well with 500 acres included in the price + 500 more available to buy i wouldnt worry about farming neighbours.. the tractors are probably working on ground rented out by the owner of the castle.
Even if i could afford to buy the property, i still would welcome any possibility to earn some extra money. just the heating of that big castle would be expencive. hehe
