How to: Refrigerator control with Arduino Uno

How to use an Arduino Uno to control a Refrigerator temperature.
This project was my experimental temporary solution while waiting for a replacement thermostat.
Warning: This project controls the main AC voltage (220v or 110v) using a relay. Care should be taken to connect the wiring properly.
