Output is very dependant on the split size of firewood you want. In this video the wedge is set at 3” for bundled firewood. If you are doing regular firewood at 5” x 5” you can produce 2 full cords per hour.
I like it, but the wedge is for big wood from tree guys... need something like the Woodmizer splitter there no time wasted on it which splits going and coming. this needs a grizzly that would produce 2x3 pieces of wood. Love your machines. You really try to build what people need and want!!
Nice Machine, kind of counter intuitive to what I thought a 'Processor' should be = 1 cut, 1 push, 12 pieces of wood. I see the desirability of 3x3 wood for bundles, firepits etc. JMO.
Very interesting machine! I don’t believe I saw this at Bunyan…? Do you have more of an over view video showing the whole machine? I love my Eastonmade with the box wedge but need a processor with a box wedge that isn’t built so light duty like the other one on the market.
@@DudeRanchDIY we had the M2030 with that wedge system at Bunyan. Similar in every way except the horse power. It had a 60 hp Doosan diesel engine on it where the M1820 has 35 hp
I've been looking for a box wedge processor but there was only one option.....until now. How can I get more information and details of the box wedge repeater system?
@@bendugas8632 the machine in the video is the Cord King M1820 with 35 hp Vanguard engine, 29 ton ram, repeater wedge system, 12’ infeed with 2 leg live deck. It will cut up to a 20” diameter log. Happy to get you a quote. Dave@cordking.ca We also have other models that can use the Repeater Wedge system. 60 hp diesel or 75 hp diesel are available. M2030 and M2430 respectfully.
@@fritz1022 unfortunately it can’t. The entire splitter chamber is different. We can retrofit yours though. Call me Monday and we can discuss if you like? Dave 1-888-219-9663
box wedge processor about time awesome machine
Something like this could really elevate my firewood business and increase traffic through our channel and social media as well.
@@WilleysFirewood Definitely. We all need one…..lol
Plus side is no resplits which in long run makes it faster.

Be nice to see how they adjust
@@HubertofLiege I’ll do a video on that np. Thanks for the request!!!

The 35 hp is a Vanguard gas motor with 3 yr warranty.
I’d be happy to send you a quote?
I thought Japa had a patent on the pull back, wedge design in a processor?
impressive piece of equipment. just wondering what the output rate per hour is roughly?
3x3 pieces produce 1.25 cords per hour. 5x5 pieces produce 2 cords per hour. Good question. Email info@cordking.ca for a quote.
