Seeing that little boy in riding gear, saying he got into a fight with a door, made my day. I still don't want to be a father, but that's just beyond adorable. I wonder what it will take to make that go kart make the same long spool down sounds as a truck engine. Maybe a huge turbo, or exhaust flow expriments, maybe a turbo that's easier to spin extra fast like a tinier one, I don't know.

hey man! I am building a Diesel Go kart myself and I am also wondering how to set up the centrifugal clutch too. my engine only revs up to 2400 rpm, how do I make the clutch work? love the vid man! I have thought about changing the spring to make it engage quicker, but i am curious to see what you are gonna do. cant wait for the update!

take the rpm screw out and put a stock injection pump back in it, or its just gonna be a complete turd the whole time, turbo is also way to big for it

I can’t seem to find the engine online, but I think the previous owner bought it off Amazon. Roughly 200cc diesel.
Idk why your bikes are sluggish in the cold i have a 2004 suzuki 125 drz and it snowed 2 1/2 feet and i was ripping it from 9:30 am to 3:00 it was fine tbe hole time i would have kept riding but i ran out of gas and the police were called on me😂

You should check out my turbo diesel go kart we’ve been fine tuning it for a while and it’s gone through many renditions finding weak points and such

@@cs-gj3yfits a diesel so stock it probably make 3hp and a lot of torque not it probably makes 7hp and more torque with the turbo. Remember diesels dont make as much power as gas even if they are the same cc
@@seanmckay3392 your acting like that turbo does anything😂 its rated 7hp on a crank dyno.
Switch to a cvt torque converter
That would be an option when I can confirm that this thing actually will move under its own power

No, haven’t messed with the fueling, but I did tear into the centrifugal clutch
it does not need any more fuel, someones already cut the delivery valve, its drowning in fuel, thats why it wont rev and it smokes
