Nice. The only problem I see is you did not treat the wood to make it waterproof, it would last a lot longer if you did. Also point out that the carpet has a grain, so make sure the carpet runs the same direction when you are putting it on or you will have slightly different color grey sections.

Hey mate, what thickness C channel did you use?
Did you find the 12 mm ply thick enough? Im in the middle of a similar project and not sure if I should go thicker?
