The hissing is 60 cycle hum picked up by the single coils. If you switch the pickup selector to the right-most position, thereby engaging the bridge pickup only, it should eliminate the hiss. The bridge pickup is a humbucker, which was invented precisely to eliminate this problem. But single coils are very much still in use as many people prefer their brighter tone, especially in the neck and mid positions, as on your ALP here.
I would like to thank you, not only for showing off this guitar, but also, for introducing me to that heart shaped guitar. I now have something new to hunt down.

Rolando Zarate yea i know i have 3 guitars but the main thing they do is switch which pickups you use and i know it changes the tone like if you have a seymour Duncan distorsion in the bridge and a seymour Duncan 59 in the neck yea you will hear some difference cause the 59 is Really warm and the distortion is not as warm it’s more bright
They should have designed it to be able to be played left handed so you can reposition the body to adjust it for which way you are holding it. Then I would have bought one

And if the micro usb charging port some day will fail the funniest thing would be that will get it for repairing not in a music instrument shop but in smartphones repairing shop to replace the broken usb port exactly as in all smartphones do.
