Megan Herring you haven’t seen a vehicle after my asshole brother gets done borrowing it! The truck which had been cleaned prior to him driving it for a year came back with crunchy carpet! It was so freaking stiff that I’m betting the carpet if removed and leaned against a wall would have stood up by itself! I pulled out no less than 20 half drank 16 oz or larger cups of coffee complete with cream and a metric ton of sugar! The other half of the coffee was likely what was in the carpet! It pretty much looked like the molasses’s did when I started extracting!

My dad has those expensive ones that fit his certain car and truck. They're almost shaped like a pan (not really) because they have a higher side to prevent stuff from getting on the rest of the car. I wish I could remember the name of them.

i know most detailers try to avoid the ceiling because its usually a soft ceiling and those are harder to clean because theyre a different material from the seats and carpet
Most ceiling have a foam liner under the cloth that will tear and separate from the ceiling if cleaned with anything other than a light scrubbing and vacuuming. No cleaner solutions or shampooing.

Sodium percarbonate is unbelievable for stain removal. I've gotten 100% stain removal on cleaning my fabric and mats with it. It oxygenates the dirt from the fabric. Agitate mixed with regular laundry detergent (powder), instantly improved

The SUV that I just did didnt have goats, but they had dogs who used the whole vehicle as their bathroom 🤢 and I think the owner rolled around in a vat of grease before he got in the vehicle. Got it looking (and smelling) like new tho!
I recently got a job as an interior cleaner. Right now, my only tasks are to vacuum and wipe off the interior, but I will be learning everything else as I go. Watching your videos makes me so excited to know that I will be doing the same things soon. I don’t think this dude charges his customers since he is benefiting by making the videos... I feel like this dude is kind with the locals... I think that’s the type of person he his.. I could be wrong .... now in the outside world they have charged me about $180, now they do remove all the seats and carpet .... but they don’t go full on detail like this dude does ... they just pressure wash the stuff and that’s it ....and it’s like 3-5 dudes attacking the job and move on to the next
Rinse dirty tank with hot water, empty clean tank, rinse hose and head with hot water. Then, let the unit sit in pieces so air gets to them and prevents odor... keep unit in pieces until the next project

Maybe try pulling the vacuum apart once in a while? I’ve found sometimes the vac gets clogged with hair and hay and fur past where the tube meets the vac. Standard house vacs would have 4-7 Phillips head screws to undo on the underside. If you’re looking for a new vacuum, a workshop vacuum will last longer. (Looks like a tin trash can, but with plastic and a set of wheels)
I live in the Canadian oil sands, and If you want to really challenge your skills then try to clean a work truck interior in a area where your work boots are covered in bitumen
After working for four years in an asphalt lab the only thing that works on butimen is gas and then you have to use coca cola and supergreen to get the gas out before you can wash it.

But he deserves it. Notice how he doesn’t video putting the seats back in. Also he doesn’t video cleaning underneath the spare tire.
