Thank you 🙏 "What is it like right now?" My mind: "hard" My present experience: "it's okay" - so important to get out of the mind! For years I was looking up to people who talk about no suffering - and it made me feel so wrong, broken... I'm so glad I found you ❤
Great pre-meditation talk, with some v helpful points, + debunking myths & inaccurate views about meditation. Then a simple, easy to understand, well guided one. Stopping, Resting, Opening, Accepting, Allowing, Noticing. Not Expecting. Thank u Jeff 🙏 You’re in my Top 3 (jointly!) ambassadors for truth & helpful voices! & U really do help to lead us silly sausage listeners to a more peaceful, joyful life *overall* 😌❤️🔥 x
I too have Jeff very high in my list of influences. Could you mention who the other two you find compatible are? I'm extremely interested in focusing in on the message Jeff talks about.
@@mattbarnett6156 So iv found a lot of Rupert Spira’s content to be helpful & Adyashanti’s too. More recently Spiritual Renaissance (a guy called Yash) on YT. All those seem to transmit pointers very clearly from the Innermost 💗
Irs a little weird but the quote out of all spiritual interviews i think about the most and gives me the most stillness so to speak is when jeff talked about hos daughter just being able to say "Aga" and that might be it. Thats so good to remind myself. Rlly goes past the mind constructs and all. Jist a naby making random npises. Its awesome😂🎉
Dear Jeff, I feel so sorry for you. You're so darn ahead of your peers and time, you must be feeling incredibly lonely and misunderstood out there 😂🤷🏼♂️ I stumbled across you some eight years ago, desperately in search of something to hold on to. You looked like a humble, honest and highly intelligent being to me right from the start. Your thoughts and reflections resonate with me a lot. Thanks for everything you so kindly share with us, the world needs it. All the very best.
Jeff, and the whole planet listening to you, thanks very much! Great webinar and very powerful talk on the depth and challenge of stillness (thanks to your wife too). And, please, don’t have you hair cut. It’s sensationally elegant

Yeah, like others, I want his hair :)
Who has the best hair in nonduality, Jeff Foster or Jim Newman?
He’s got volume and shine. The competition has their work cut-out!
Adyashanti. But Jeff is close.
Jeff for sure
Jeff has sexy hair! ❤
J’aimerais bien avoir la traduction en français 😊
JEFF. What hair products do you use?
He joked recently on an interview that it was from NOT using shampoo for months.
Why psychology and spirituality? Why bring that untogether.
