Hello Bob another great review and thank you for answering my question on and newer version of e 2000 being 120 volts for ac although some still keep advertising 110 volts. I purchased a van powers 2000 1440 wh lifepo battery on E Bay 7momths ago for 499.00 cheap, but app does not work and not available it said in my area dont care it runs well. im going to buy another station and decided on Pecron E 2000. I will buy a extra power brick. The reason i picked it over the e 1500 is the larger battery capacity. Mind are strictly for home use, I don't care about power bricks , apps i dont trust and when grid go's down there will be no wifi and some power stations your stuck what you set it on. The e 2000 is simple powerful and larger battery capacity. Question i have is how are these companies are when you have a problem and pecron does not even a phone number i think. I also like how many outlets you on the e2000
We really like and "PAID" for (out of our own pocket) both systems. Both work great for what we needed and were looking for :)
We have had no problems with pecron customer service since day one. other than the language barrier sometimes takes extra time to understand each other fully. And that was before we even had this channel (sep 2022) (and this channel started jan 5 2023 by a freak accident) go back and watch the first video we uploaded, it is funny how far the channel has grown from us just wanting to try to help people with that hidden menu.....lol
Some folks said that they had some issues with the customer service. but we can not speak on their behalf. If you ever had any issues with any customer service or products of ANY company.... my best advice is and always has been....hit them with sugar first and then if you ever have any issues, then throw salt.....never, ever, start out by ranting or raving about this or that. or leaving bad reviews before trying to fix the problem. This will NEVER solve anything :(
That will end up nowhere. remember, all these technology companies are in china, and the rules there do not sync with their rules over here. So always try to fix any questions or problems with sugar first ;) Best advice we could give anybody buying anything from anybody or any company.
We have had one fella come here and just complain for 30 minutes straight, and we send a quick message to pecron and say...hey, there is this fella on our channel says that they are having some issues or questions that they need answers right away. and they send them a email and try to help right away. the fella even got mad when they responded with the email asking to help and he did not want any more help from them after that. We were like, whatever happened before....ok....lets figure how to fix it out now, we got them on the ropes right now. lets fix this problem or get a return, the ball is in your court right now....he just walked away. We felt like we wasted our time trying to help. And we don't even work for any of these companies, we are just trying to help people with this technology.
We have no idea what happened before between the two. But an open dialog (sugar) works 1000% better than just screaming at each other. right?
Because at the end of the day....you want their technology...and they want your money....and they is always a happy medium in there if you keep the (sugar) flowing between buyer and seller, because you will buy more from them and that is the main concept of a business :)
if you want to test this, take something back to walmart and scream at the poor kid behind the counter....they will not care less and just walk away, right? Always talk to the boss if you ever have any issues, saves tons of time. and use the (sugar) approach first, it really helps in many situations.
just my opinion from MANY YEARS of experience :)

where did you hear about a new 3600 Pecron unit....
From scribers so far..... That is why we always say the info is all rumor until we see proof somewhere.
Hey Rambling Bob, please make a video of adding some non Pecron 48 volt batteries to 1500 LFP , the 3000 batteries are just too darn expensive. We need you to “Frankenstein “ some non pecron 48 volt batteries if anyone can do it you can
It can be done, but it will void your warranty :(

We have dealt with support for over year now, Have you not followed the channel and all the videos?
They helped us with every question we had, even before we had this channel.
have not had any problems so far with customer support.
note: however, they could us some help with the language barrier for emailing. Sometimes it takes 2-3 email to fully understand each other because of this :(
Support was real good..only bummer was that it was all by email...couldnt talk to a person
