Their peptide lip balm is a skip and their brow mascara is so-so… there’s just like lots of product on the wand so you always have to wipe it. I like their weekend skin as well. I love non-black mascara to add fun pops of color on otherwise neutral shadow. L’Oréal has a purple mascara that I love to use with simple sparkle on the lids in the winter.

I'm obsessed with the Too Faced jelly gloss/oils! I'm super sensitive to the feeling of glitter in my lip products, but the glittery Too Faced shades are genuinely very comfortable and I can't feel the particles at all.

The Givenchy powder + the ND Hy-Glam concealer is a GAME CHANGER for my 46 year old dry under eyes! I’m shocked every single time I put my makeup on! My quest for the perfect base has ended!!!
As a tinted moisturizer devotee, I can confirm that even my bestest best one (bareminerals) can look iffy during application. I apply mine with fingers, then a sponge, then a brush - just because I'll get distracted if I just give it 2 mins to settle. Ive had younger colleagues gasp at the difference it makes after 5 mins, but even 2 yrs into using tinted moisturizer daily, i have to remind myself to trustttttttt. My neutrogena one really is quite good & much more reasonably priced, but it looks absolutely terrible at first. I would love to understand the formulas more & what ingredients cause this effect, esp to find out what makes bareminerals sooooo good. It's a slight difference, but it just enhances the vitality & healthiness of my face, it's like it fakes 2 weeks of great sleep lol.
I love Burgundy and Dark Navy Blue mascara and I have a similar skin tone and hair color to you. L’Oreal has two nice shades in the voluminous line and the formula is great!
This foundation is reminding me of the Fresh tinted moisturizer that was discontinued years ago. That was my favorite base for the longest time. And I’ve been looking for a replacement ever since. I’m going to need to see how it compares.
You just saved me from FOMO of the new Pat McGrath highlighter! I have Lunar Nude and while I absolutely love the shade, I’ve found out that I don’t like the way highlighter looks on the top of my cheeks - where my crow’s feet are. I do use it in my blush area, but I probably won’t buy any more highlighters when I’m out, I’ll just buy glowy blushes like the RMS ones.
the foundation looks good! i cannot rub complexion products into my skin. not even tinted moisturizers! i’m not sure what it is about my skin but it always looks so terrible. whether my skin is dry or hydrated. peach fuzz shaved or not. i don’t understand it :( if anyone knows pls tell me lol
Could be you’re rubbing too hard, or a different product is pilling, or you’re using water vs. silicone based products, or your have really sensitive skin… or it just doesn’t work for you! And that’s okay. Not everything works for everyone.

The brown mascara isn't doing much for you,the color compliments your eye color but offers no definition. Maybe try using it for your bottom lashes and a darker mascara for the top lashes. ❤

I personally think the mascara looks gorgeous on you. It makes your eyes pop, and it doesn’t look too colored. It gives definition as well. ❤
