Paul is a great addition to the show! keep it up guys.
IF you plan to fish 15' or less the 1/4" oz versions will be the way to go. If you'll be fishing 20'+ then the 1/2 oz. blades will work best.
This is my new favorite fishing show. There's always something to learn, it's entertaining and they fish the waters I fish or with presentations that apply to waters and species I fish.
Thanks RH! Merry Christmas!
One of the best fishing shows around. I've seen every episode to date. The commercials are taking over 28 min show 7 min of fishing.
Thanks from Central Idaho!!
Thanks for the tip in one hour I caught three 12 inchers
that's an awesome looking place
I am going to have to try the 3 b blades. This spring.
Smallies were on Green Bay near Door Co. Walleye were in Little Bay de Noc. Depths were discussed in the show.
Sweet, hopefully you guys do film a muskie episode!
The Reef Runner Cicada is the best of the blade baits (a type of lure I think is SERIOUSLY underrated in general) and it all comes down to the cupped blade. The Cicada's cupped blade gives it so much more action than anything else. You can fish them effectively trolling, casting or jigging.
Only problem is they can be tough to find, Reef Runner isn't a huge company and the Cicada is one of their lesser known lures.
Paul set me up with a 7lber!! It was the best trip ever have you tried vibrations tackle echo tail blade baits? The best out there
10# Sufix 832 with about a 4' flouro leader between the 832 and the lure.
Yeah, James has caught a lot of muskie even if he's known more as a walleye guy. A muskie episode certainly isn't out of the question for next season.
I wonder if James has ever caught a muskie, would love to see a muskie episode.
We've caught lakers and rainbows on blades in the past.
Can you tell me what your setup was and what size reel you were using? Thanks.
Wonder how a livetarget lipless bait would work in the same situation?
What line are you using with those blade baits?
Any chance you guys will hit the White Bass run on the Wolf river?
I am looking at buying one of the B fish N Blade bait kits. Should I go for the 1/4 or 1/2? would the 1/2 be more universal?
How do you guys tie your line to the lure? Do guys just tie the line straight to the lure
Arjanit Marku snap lock
where exactly do u guys like fishing the most
what lake are u guys fishing on and how deep of water
what net are they using
I see the smallie clip between the largemouth suspect 🤔
Honest question is it okay to just put your hand up through the gills like that or does that damage the fish for catch and release?
When done correctly the fingers do not touch the gills. The fish is held by the gill cover only and does not cause any damage.
We don't have any plans to head to the Wolf River for whitebass. We might hit the Mississippi River for whites instead though.
Yup, same cost as the painted versions. Not that losing lures is ever a good thing.
Can you catch trout with the gold blades
whats the deal crankin up a dead smalley and hitting the bottom of the boat.
When would you use gold/silver/painted?
Dirty water or very deep water. Lake trout love the chartreuse blades. White blades are useful in low water clarity.
Rod action?
jmartinez0019 medium.
my wallet at 9:30
You guys rock, like if you agree
Real gold? You sure it isn’t brass or something? Seems like a waste of gold plus gold is soft. It dents and scratches easily.
The gold-plated blade baits used in this show cost $3.29. Losing one or two to the bottom probably won't break the bank!
What brand are these blade baits?
B FISH N Tackle B3 blade baits.
I hate it when people teach how to fish and it requires something that you don't have I.E. A GOD DAMN BOAT
So you cheat and use a camera? Him interesting
