Honestly, that brutality was the most delightful fatality on UMK3 to me. But sadly, it has turned to be the only good looking brutality for Sonya on MK11.
My top three brutalities are ; Kitana's Deadly Kiss, Sonya's this one and Jade's head slice sitting on top of the shoulders of the opponent.

Keep practicing and you should get it pretty fast
Practice makes perfect! And Scorpions a great character to get started with!
