Gregg Braden would have been a Kriya Master back in the day; I got these techniques in my twenties from my Guru - Prem Rawat, with the Keys and Knowledge (all Kriya based), however, in my fifties now and still going strong. Changed my life in ways that I cannot explain, I would need to write a book, lol, but, for anyone who finds meditation and breath work interesting, you will find treasure at the end of this rainbow, literally. Namaste.

The vast majority of the population ( 95%) have no idea that these discussions are happening, they don’t question life and beyond, the future remains irrelevant …. They simply don’t have the time or capacity to understand what may lie ahead and where humanity may be heading. How then is humanity to change or adjust.

I wouldn't say 95%. More and more people are awakening at a large rate in the past few years.

Hello Sir Gregg Braden. You & i shared a same experienced when both our mothers were passed away through covid. When i follow your teaching, it helps me to reduce my anxiety. For me, your teachings are exactly same like ancient holy book practice (exp: bhagavad gita, upanishads, tao te ching etc.) but in the 'pop' & modern way of explanations. That's good because it is much more easier for modern people to understand.Thank you very much for your efforts & compassion for sharing the great secret to humankind. God bless you. Breathing: as you inhale, start with the diaphragm filling the lower cavity, then fill the chest last. As you exhale, start with the diaphragm and then the chest.
This rids all the air in the lungs so no stale air remains in the lungs!
