So relate to your fitness chat. I started Pilates 4 years ago, I turn 40 this year and feel not only lean and toned but super strong and fit. Fitter than I was at 25 even. Physical fitness is a lifelong commitment and whilst it helps with physical aesthetics, it's also amazing for mental health and longevity. Planning on being a strong 70, 80, 90 year old one day. Fab vlog, amazing content

I went for a private reformer lesson two years ago and was hooked!! I get what you mean. It’s the first time in my life I have enjoyed exercise and feel so good in my body. Pilates has literally been life changing for me. Do try the other equipment too. Tower is my fave! So much fun.
