Changed days in Easterhouse, as a 14 year old back in 1980 i remember getting chased with every gang in the place, it was like the Warriors 😂...scary place back then
I suspect that would be an interesting video too 🤣. I'd like to approach it with love & play than fear & conflict as other videos on that area have done.
Wow, I never knew that Easterhouse was so amazing. I had heard about the Fort shopping centre but your video has woken an interest in me. After Christmas I will have to go there. And plenty eating places. Another great video of our Glasgow my friend. You have excelled yet again. Thanks for letting me see what Easterhouse has to offer. ❤
Excellent video - lots going on in Easterhouse - nice kick boxing moves 😎 Love The Fort ... I go there often as it's a great walk from one end to the other - then back ... stopping at Tinderbox for a quick caffeine fix on the way back ... Well done 😎
Thanks Brian, much appreciated my friend 😊. Yeah it was a frosty night last night, stars & moon in the sky, could see the Campsie Fells earlier, love it

Bonjour merci pour cette belle balade 🚶♂️ 🎉dans ce magnifique endroit commercial tout pour ce faire plaisir dans tous les sens du terme 😂❤🏴🇬🇧🏡🔥🌊🇧🇪👍
lol nice of you to visit my old hometown 😂 glad you got out unscathed, many have not!! I went back and lived there for a year in 2016 in a nice quiet wee street but had tio move cause the private landlord decided to sell, was gutted at the time but I have a nice HA house now and a good upstairs neighbour!
Well that made a nice change from the city centre FM. I'm so nosey, I really wanted to hear the fiancé's story. 😂😂 My daughter met her husband in the Vodafone shop there, so I got a son-in-law at the Fort. 😂😂😂
Come to Canada, in February, we can go ice fishing on Lake Simcoe with the 4 wheelers @minus 27°C and catch whitefish all day,or until your boots freeze to the ice 😅
Born and brought up since 1964. Easterhouse got a bad name because gangs were all we had. When they built the houses they built nothing else. Vans going round the streets were our shopping at night. Plenty of facilities now and totally changed.
Hi Adella, best way to get to here is on the 38A bus to Glasgow fort. The 38A bus stop is just at George Square (across from the Ark Pub). Bus takes about 40mims from city centre 😊.
Sometimes I wonder how long it would take the Faster Master to get from that cafe at the bottom of the Wallace Monument to the top? Im thinking 11 and a half minutes if he is really fast and 2.5 hours if hes anything like me.😂
My hometown, but it’s very small with only one L-shaped Main Street. It has quite a good population but there is not much to do, unfortunately. The sports center is great. I miss it but it’s so quiet. 😢 They had a hotel next to the station but I think it closed. The Hattonrigg? hotel closed decades ago and the Maternity hospital also.🥲. My primary school was demolished too. (Belvidere). I even hear the Police Station is only open a few hours a day. What????? Quite a few churches and pubs though 😂., because after church you need a drink! 😂❤ I will always love Bellshill.

Another quality video from the faster master, keep it up 👌
Thank you Jon, onwards my friend 💪🏼😊👍🏻
Saracen street in posso would be an interesting video I reckon.

Yeah the poor guy was handling his breakup like a champion.
I nearly went in the Vodafone shop earlier 🤣🤣

😮 wow faster master, livedin Easterhouse - 61 to 73, none of that stuff was there. How about Pollok? 👏🏼🇳🇿
Yeah it's changed massively ♥️
"Can I capture some of your pink" 🤣
🤣 I just noticed that
Liked the interactions in this one, must be difficult to get folk to chat freely on camera
It really is difficult, it's something I'm working on to relax myself more so they are more comfortable 😊
Charlie Sheen was nearly kidnapped in Easterhouse!

Yeah John , loved my wee day there.
Onto the next 'Scheme' ....
Keep it going.
@johnbones5163 cheers John, about to hit the red button, good to see this just as I do 😊👍🏻
How do you get to this place from Glasgow center? Bus/train? I’d love to see it sometime. It’s huge. Nice people too!🎉

@adellaeltantawy9345 All the very best Adella ♥️
Loved this. Good to get a change from all the city centre stuff. I wonder where your next wanderings will take you? 🤔
Another bus option is the Stagecoach X19. You can get it in Renfield Street and various stops around the north side of George Square.
Sometimes I wonder how long it would take the Faster Master to get from that cafe at the bottom of the Wallace Monument to the top?
