Hey Majorkill. Would you please make some lore vidoes on the Imperial Truth, The Imperial Creed, The Ecclesiarchy, and the High Lords of Terra? I will be very happy if you do so.
We get an actual description of Nurgle's appearance in the Age of Sigmar novel, Hallowed Knights Plague Garden: "Through the ragged shroud of smoke, Gardus saw what lay below the Inevitable Citadel, at the heart of Nurgle’s garden. Almost immediately, he closed his eyes and turned away, unable to bear it. It was impossible to describe. Impossible to comprehend. To his eyes, it was a wallowing swamp of black stars and dying worlds, of rotting galaxies alive with immense, writhing shapes as large as nebulas. Cosmic maggots, gnawing at the roots of infinity. Galactic plagues, eating away at the very flesh of existence, reducing all that was to leprous ruin in their unending hunger. It was a dark mirror of Azyr, corrupted, reduced, strangled. All glory vanished, all hope quashed. A thunder of screams echoed upwards, driving him back. A million million voices, raised up in anguish and despair. Forever crying out for that which would never come. Down below, something began to crawl out of the black heart of that cancerous infinity. It was no shape, and all shapes. Fat and thin, a plume of smoke, a puddle of oil, spreading ever upwards. There were eyes in the smoke, as round as cold, dead suns, and teeth that stretched in a grin as wide as the horizon. Fingers like comets clutched at the void, as the Lord of All Things stirred from his manse, and began the long, arduous climb to his garden. Moons crumbled beneath that impossible bulk, and stars were snuffed out."

Often Slaaneshi daemons are described as having hideous and repulsive true forms but put on a 'facade'. So, it makes sense Slaanesh himself / herself would have a true from that is equally disgusting
I think Slaanesh should like like if you had a fap to trap porn, came and then instantly felt regret and disgust as the masculine angles and body type becomes revealed and you realized you just beat your meat to a mentally ill dude with boobs. Or you know beer goggles. I think what Slaanesh should represent in its form is how the lust of the perceiver gets in the way of accurately judging reality and suffering all the more for it in an ironic twist of fate. I think psychologically Slaanesh should torment its followers with a concept of im in too deep now in corruption while feeling regret and disgust for what they have done while not really being able to help themselves. Kind of like nurgle except with sex, drugs. and rock and roll.
Corvus: "I've already sent a cease letter, but I've been told that the person responsible for delivering the letter is currently stuck in some maze or some shit"
I believe that he's called the Raven God because Ravens are generally symbolic of scheming, change, grief, etc. Ravens are also fairly intelligent creatures, comparable to dolphins and chimpanzees.
@@etherealcat6521 Changeling is le gigachad, the only person however he still hasn't, to this day to prank is none other than Tzeentch, Tzeentch pranked him however, he changed so much he forgot his actual face, only Tzeentch knows and chaos ensues
I sort of figured the Chaos Gods "looked" like the Endless, where their appearance depends entirely on who is looking at them. So everyone sees something different.
I agree with you. Majorkill starts the video by arguing against the idea that the Chaos gods have no physical form, but it just makes no sense to me that they are literally a big angry demon dude or rotting fat guy. The Warp is in no way like normal 3 dimensional space, so why would the gods have 3 dimensional forms? In the old Warhammer rule book from the 80s (yes, I'm that old) I seem to remember it explaining that daemons don't actually look how they are in the game, their appearance is largely determined by the expectations of the viewer. Humans are just incapable of grasping what these things "look" like, because our biology and minds are a product of our 3 dimensional universe. Stories about Khaine fighting Slaanesh or Skarbrand striking Khorne are I assume, always metaphorical, because that's the only way humans can comprehend an approximation of those events.
technically, yes! The chaos Gods doesn't have a tangible body inside their domain, which is opposite of realspace and made up of thought and emotion. They still have some characteristics that when even people who dont know about them look at them, they will still understand their concept and being Knorne - Violence, destruction and honnor: typical appear as obsidian knight that have death gaze, in fire/blood/skull as symbol of death Slaneesh - Emotion, debauchery, peace: wifu appearance and somewhat sexualize. This is the god that have most forms because he cover the largest range of mortal concept. Teeznet - Intelligent, change and hope: the most fuk up, undefinable due to his nature to alway change, so he will alway be unregconizeable for the viewer Nurgle - Nature, disease, stagnation and kindness: Big fat friendly nature cover dude that seem harmless and l;ike a loving father
A good source of info on what they look like are the very old chaos lorebooks "Slaves to darkness" and "The Lost and the Damned", seriously worth tracking down if you can find a copy of either. Tzeench was said to have his head sunken into his shoulders, with multiple faces appearing and vanishing all over his body, each one talking over the other, whispering secrets. And I think they said Khorne had the face of a great bestial hound?
I have both books and most of what is discussed here is not correct but is correct in different ways. Tzneench looks different every time you see it. Slaneesh is just boobs everywhere. Papa Nurgle (the god of despair) is large and massive. Khorne is the ultimate beserker warrior and sits on a throne of skulls, He kills Greater deamons that sit in his presence.
Only VERY (I can't stress this enough) few humans have seen Slaanesh directly, those that passed through the many circles of her realm and then got turned into stone by him simply smiling at them. However, there is one exception, the Silver Knight who she favored instead for some reason.
She favoured him because he got so far and tried so hard. It made him stand out and made his eventual corruption all the sweeter. Remember, out of all the chaos gods, Slaanesh is the one who treasures her mortal servants the most.
@@Robotron56 I just describes a 'silver knight' and people filled in the rest of the blanks, but it probably wasn't a grey knight. His gear didn't match. I'd prefer it if it was thought, takes away some of the Mary Sueness of them to show that one can be corrupted in the most extreme circumstances.
I remember in one of the Fabius Bile novels he once looked at the sky and there was a vast face in the sky, painted with stars and constellations, this was implied to be Slaanesh's face watching down on him.
I find it so funny and more than a little heavy with schadenfreude that Fabius Bile insisted on his disbelief of Slaanesh... Only to pledge himself to the Chaos Gods at the end of the book.
Four Chaos Gods - the manifestations of the sins of the War In Heaven that turned the Realm of Souls into the Warp and made the Horus Heresy barely a blip on the radar.
Although it was only three after the War in Heaven. Slaanesh took a bit longer to take form. But given how time works (or rather doesn't work) in the Warp, the above could be true as well in a sense.
@@kaltaron1284 Slaanesh made a tear in the galaxy and killed almost all of the strongest race in the galaxy. Khorne, Nurgle, and Tzeentch were waiting for her so Khaine, Isha, and Cenagorath wouldn’t kill them
I always think that it made sense for the other chaos gods (khorne, nurgle, tzeentch) to be spawned during war of heaven than being borned out of human vices on earth. The war on heaven is on a galactic scale while old earth is just in one planet.

In my mind, khorne was always a muscular daemonic angel of combat, but ever since he obtained his space marine legions, his form added heavy obsidian armor due to the powerful minds of the space marines interpreting him as such.
Never noticed before, but I absolutely _love_ how he swaps back and forth, while talking about Slaanesh, by switching He/Her instances every time he comes across one in the script.
0:40 I think even the Watchers would avoid the Warhammer 40k universe and make sure that the Four Parasites don't notice them at all like Ultron-Vision did when Uatu made that mistake.
Scary part is according to the templin institute video about event horizon. They may already know about the ominverse. (Currently doing a fanfic series, that explores that idea.)
This reminds me of khajit lore in Elder Scrolls world where each god has his khajit form because of their religion (everything is a félin) it made me laugh when Sheogorath took his khajit form when je tried to drive mad an entire temple
Azothoth would stomp the entirety of 40k, including the universe sized fleet of Nids, all the Chaos God's, Original Necrons, The Old Ones, Enslavers and the whole, pre-slannesh Eldar combines. After all, dreams can't hurt you. And when you awake, the dream vanishes like dust in the wind. Deamon Sultan Azothoth, the most powerful being in all of fiction.
Khorne: I wonder if beneath all that darkness there isn't some bull features on him. bloodthirsters and Valkia have hooves so I would assume they do. Nurgle: I am not sure but I think that PNG in the background is taken from an older artwork of him. Could just be really similar. Slaanesh: I swear I read somewhere that slaanesh likes to change his form to whatever she pleases at the moment just so that he can be "perfect". I like the drawing of her true form though, It looks sickly and degenerate, creepy, like a crack addict and/or sex pest. Very fitting considering what kinda god he is. Tzeentch: I wish I could give you my opinion on tzeentch but I cant fucking comprehend it.
Tzeentch was actually described very rough in one of the Ahriman books. It Was said that he looks like giant pillar of eyes and mouths that are constantly twiching and wobbeling around
Can't remember where it was said, but Khorne was once described as having the head of a hound. Which I go with because, y'know, canines are awesome. He's also been referred to as the Great Hound in the past I think? Both of these may well have been in random bits of colour text, but were in official publications, so are good enough for me.
Speaking of instantly becoming a Slaanesh-simp upon seeing their true form, have you covered the Silver Knight yet? An interesting story, with some... implications for a certain plot armor-bearing Grey Knight.
Not sure if this has already been done but maybe a video on what the average imperial citizen knows about the galaxy ie. The comatose emperor, chaos, Xenos, etc.
There's a description of the gods's appearance in codex chaos daemons. Khorne is a dog faced warrior, Slaanesh is dependent on the beholder but seems so innocent that they immediately lose their soul. Nurgle is essentially a giant Great unclean one and Tzeentch is a massive collection of mouths that speak in so many different inflections it quickly drives people insane.
Yeah, I always got Tzeentch vibes from interactions with Hermeus Mora, of Elder Scrolls fame, and could easily imagine the Changer of Ways just appearing as a mass of eyes, tentacles, and efflivia. As for the bird reference, I always imagined it started off as an Odin homage, since ravens are special to him, and symbols of wisdom, to some cultures. Then, because the Chaos God's are mostly evil, and often seek to cause destruction simply for the lols, it got switched over to the vulture/buzzard, because they scavenge, and pick out premium morsels, from the refuse left in the wake of inexorable time, and violence. If you ever play Legend of Zelda: Windwaker, they also follow a similar meme, since thar game's rendition of Wizzrobes take on a particularly vulture-like avian form, as the telrport around the room, hurling magic at our Hero. No other LoZ game does that; they usually just look "wizardy", but once they did. Khorne looking like a big, armored Hulk never really broke my immersion; it was the color of that armor that kind of did. If you look at his servants, they seem to often have a bronze/brass theme to them, and so it always surprises me that Khorne doesn't look more like a huge, monstrous, winged Talus, from Greek mythology. Obsidian armor is awesome, and if Khorne can make burs shatter off, and perforated hus foes, foe the audacity of striking him, all the better, but I thought part of why Abaddon chose black as his faction's color was because none of the God's had it, and so he could claim his stance between, but not beneath any of them. As fir Slaanesh, yeah, I'll always prefer murder-demon-waifu Slaanesh, but I accept that that's just my preference, and other people will have other ideas about "beauty", "seductive", or "excess", that would greatly alter hiw Slaanesh might appear. I like to think that, at least in some ways, they have a true form, butblittle say in how it appears; the souls that empower them are more deciding of this. It's sort of like Ares, in Wonder Woman. The God of War maybe should look like a beefcake Roman soldier, but in the time kf the World Wars, war was different. He is a general, and generals then looked like older men in suits, sending off faceless troops to for for their goals. As the Avatar of War, i believe how war had evolved caused that entity to change with it. Again, that's me, and maybe I am just trying to justify their choice in a way I like, but it works fir me, and the same could be true of our Chaos God's. Maybe how the universe perceives them becomes an aspect of their true form, even if they still have to layer illusion over their Lovecraftian reality to keep lesser souls from just losing it. Even the Emperor does something similar; we know that the glorious golden man of legend was, at least in part , a mental disguise, and at least some of his Sisters of Silence could see "just a regular man", instead of what we see in art. I imagine that that avatar of the Emperor appeared Primarch-size, but the skeleton on the Golden Throne doesn't seem nearly so massive.
The Emperor being "Just a regular man" is mostly just a metaphor for "I am not a God". He is actually clad in shining golden armor yes, but he can make his appearance change to his will.
To be fair I am sure if Tzeentch could break the fourth wall and knew about the misconceptions of his appearance he would change his appearance to the most common depiction to screw with loremasters

My favorite description of the chaos gods comes from, as you mentioned, Fabius Bile interacting with Slaanesh, more or less as close to its true form as one can. Given that he is an atheist and thinks the chaos gods are purely physical phenomena no more intelligent or conscious than gravity, it makes for a fun interaction. In third person but from Fabius’ perspective, Slaanesh is described as an infinite, cosmic “gaze” that has no real point of reference in reality. He looks up at the sky to see it, but it’s not really the sky, or space, because both have comprehensible forms. His highly genetically and technologically enhanced body starts going through total organ failure while he keeps saying you’re not real, like a child talking about the monster in their closet.
I'm reading all of the Ahriman books right now, I cannot wait till I get to the meeting with the Lords of change and Tzeentch, I'm very excited to be reading that part very soon. For anyone who is familiar with the work of HP Lovecraft I always think of Tzeentch looking like Yog-Sothoth
I could imagine they are kind of liquid in their form when in the realms of chaos constantly changing but keeping to their theme. But then they solidify while in the physical realm
Hey Majorkill. I've been watching for a while and I wanted to say how great I think your videos are. I had never really read anything about 40k until I started watching you and Weshammer. Keep up the great work!
You know what would be super cool? Having the positive aspects of the Chaos Gods as characters occupying non fucked side of the warp and opposing their fucked aspects. I would LOVE to see an adorable Ent-Driad version of Papa Nurgle especially. It would be really interesting I think what do you guys think?
With tzeentch being constantly changing, I imagine a blob like ditto that is changing like the T1000 when he is in the molten metal at the end of Judgement day.
I'm pretty sure that all mentions of physical contact between warp entities are just metaphors to help us understand what's going on without having to dedicate page after page to what it truly means to interact with something in the Warp. It IS called "The Immaterium", after all.
A curious question out of idle interest. What if the Imperium of Man 'won', what then? Robert Goilyman was prepping his astartes for it, but what if they exterminated all orks and made peace with eldar/tau or wiped them out, too, what if there's no longer any outside conflict. What if Chaos got pushed out of the picture. What would that war driven society look like without war, or at least universal war, since I imagine some planets will inevitably get uppity for independence
Simple, the truth about the missing 2 primarchs would come out, The Imperium would break apart into at least tens of thousands of pieces, just like in the vision Rogal Dorn saw, The Void Dragon returns, and The Necrons would shatter into thousands of political factions due to Malal.
The answer is as simple as human nature. Great unity is always followed by great division. Mankind will never want for enemies as long as they have each other to kick around.
Once the Emperor finished the Webway project (assuming Magnus didn't bonk it, or if Empy was able to fix it) then Mankind would have unprecedented prosperity due to instant supply lines. There'd likely be a period of shoring up infrastructure and changing things from a war economy to a more egalitarian (relatively speaking, Big E would still have things under his complete control but ordinary citizens would probably have a LOT more rights than they did even during 30k) society. Education would be a big deal, as the Emperor would strongly desire a reasoned populace both to further starve Chaos as well establish a Galaxy-wide cultural normalcy (basically everyone standardized ethics/morality and education levels). Once he felt comfortable enough he'd probably reign in Mars either diplomatically or via overwhelming force. He'd then organize expeditions into the center of Mars where all the rampant A.I.'s are and try to recover a fully intact STC. Afterwards mankind would likely start looking like it did in the Dark Age of Technology, and Empy would probably wipe out ALL xenos life except for MAYYYYBE certain craftworlds (Iyanden being the strongest contender for being spared since it doesn't fuck with the Imperium and is super anti-chaos) since the Craftworlds have skills Empy might find useful...but he also might kill them off period. Uncertain how he'd deal with the Harlequins and Cegorach/Black Library, but it might be easier on his part to just accept/partner with them and have them keep the Webway maintained while he fucks Chaos. Necrons would likely be purged piece by piece before they could wake up and become a threat. Astartes would inevitably be phased out/replaced with Primaris and utilized in the constant mini-crusades and purges...I don't THINK they'd get the Thunder Warrior treatment just cuz they're very stable in comparison whereas the Thunder Warriors were psychologically and physiologically unstable which was the whole point of getting rid of them. Inevitably the Emperor's long term plan was to guide humanity over time to become a fully psychic race...particularly a race of perpetuals like himself. Inevitably this means humanity would be able to dominate the Galaxy and the Warp. After this he'd probably notice the Tyranids in the other Galaxy and purge them with little to no effort given how advanced and powerful humanity would be at this point (as well as the fact that they could use their ENTIRE force against ONE FOE a luxury the current Imperium does not have in the slightest). After that not sure...we're headed into crazy advanced hard sci fi territory beyond that point and humanity might as well turn into literal gods that begin merging the Warp and Realspace and changing reality at a fundamental level on a whim.
@@mrrodriguezHLP it would be mankind who’ll find the truth bout the 2 missing primarchs and the imperium would be “completely destroyed” (broke apart into tens of thousands of pieces) as a result of the shock.
I would argue that the Warp operates more on "Dream-logic" so saying that the Chaos gods have a physical presence in it is not quite accurate. I just think any warp gods are too "big" to be comprehended. It's like a 2-D person trying to imagine the shape of a 3-D object. They can perceive one side of them, but never the whole object simultaneously.
I just think lovecraftian gods, so incomprehensible but with a bit of control over how they're perceived by mortals. Maybe not khorne, who doesn't believe in trickery, nor nurgle, who doesn't seem to care how he's perceived.
okay so to counter the arguments at the start. anyone can DEFINITELY fight a concept, you can disrespect a concept, you can be crushed by a concept. especially when that concept is a manifestation of some twisted magical law of nature. they dont need to have bodies for those things. they could very well be interpreted as metaphoricals, like a lot of stories tend to use all over the world.
To me Tzeentch (as least from the description you gave) would be like a giant slime with eyes and mouths everywhere. Constantly writhing, twitching and changing form.
Just for your add it is 100% food 100% training and 100% sleep. The sleep if you are not medicated is like the most important thing since if you have sufficiant callories and sufficiant traing during your sleep you generated the needed hormons to actually keep the mustle you put on.
I don't think they have a physical form. I think it was like three blobs of energy attacking a fourth, causing it to fall apart. Maby Tzeentch even shattered him self to escape.
I think the only reason why Tzeench has no exact "true" form is because he is shattered across the stars, not just because he is the lord of change, though that is definitely probably part of that.
My theory is nurgle is the first chaos god since he's the cycle of life and death. Then Tzeench was born from necron bio transfer. After that Khorne was born by the war in heaven. With the emperor born and secretly guiding the human i don't think any big chaos god was ever form from human as the emperor will deal with it before it went big.
In the case of Khorne's official art from tw:wh he does seem to be wearing some kind of armor under his robes. Though I always imagined he would wear a brass color of armor since brass is consistent theme of his.
Not too detailed but there's a vague description of Slaanesh from the sixth edition daemons codex: "It was there, beneath the elegant spires, that the wanderer came before almighty Slaanesh. Statuesque and divinely glamorous, the deity visited him in the form of a young man possessed of androgynous beauty - clean limbed and fresh with the vigor of youth. The knight unsheathed his rune-etched sword and made to strike him down. To his horror, he found that he could not, for the God-Prince was disarming in his innocence and utterly beguiling in his manner. Even the purest flame can be extinguished by the tide. In that single moment of doubt the wanderer was lost. He knelt, bowing his head at last, and with a single touch of the being's glowing scepter on each shoulder sealed his fate for eternity." What I find cool about this is that I read it less as "Slaanesh can present as human so hot u die lol" but more that it embodies the concept of desire and perfection to such an extent it can appear as what anyone subconsciously considers perfect, not just its own limitless imagination of a perfect appearance. Imagine if something had such a grasp of your own mind that it could become the desires so implicit to yourself that even you cant put them into words properly, a faded memory of a dead lover, a dream-esque feeling of the perfect person platonic or romantic, someone crafted by your sleeping mind to make you feel every positive emotion you want and negative emotion you feel you deserve at once. Thats Slaanesh's human/xeno form(s).
He looked at me with eyes of hatred and rage then the fury was mine There was a princeling of chaos and he was Nourished by our cravings I spied the mansion and the one who dwelt within then i wither Then I decay Destiny grows with changing faces, he speaks ten lies for every truth
Just imagine seeing Khorne, the sheer intensity of it. Fire and brass horns, the mad chorus of war. We can guess their physical appearance by looking at their daemons.
I read a reddit post that said that every villain team/group had the same four individuals: - The Dumb Muscle - The Intelligent Mastermind - The Creature - The Fatally Sexy I think the Chaos Gods are victims to this.
The chaos gods are all essentially Eldritch gods, however Titsnitch is the closest to an eldritch horror unknowable to much to handle, whereas the others are like Cthulhu they have a tangible form, it'll still drive you crazy but
Here's an interesting video idea MajorKill, Top 10 most horrific Warhammer surgical procedures performed. With people like Cawl and Fabius Bile having an absolute flesh field day, you could probably dig up some very choice nuggets of sick 40k lore.
I would actually argue that, for the most part, both slaanesh and Tzeentch would not have a cannon form per say because they are both agents of change, so tzeentch believes in ever shifting change directly and thus would change to fit the situation, where as slaanesh would change as a means to reach perfection which can be altered if the variables of perfection change as well.
MAJORKILL MAJORKILL I just got the plush yesterday and I freaking love it 😆 also no way in hell I could get the physical copy but I did get the digital and I must say you are a god damn icon for the warhammer community and I appreciate the Kriegwoman as my birth month😏👍
Tzeentch looks like Tzeentch. Which is to say 'whatever the holy hell it feels like right this second...or last year, or next century'. Time means about as much as form does to the true Lord of Change.
The description of Tzeentch reminds me of times I was tripping nutz on lsd or shrooms and looking at some of the really trippy black light reactive posters from Spencers. As I stared at em parts of it would grow and stream into other parts of itself while other parts are melting and shrinking and melding into itself. Definitely eye opening and brain expanding. Have you ever used any psychedelics Major? If not I would highly recommend trying some good shrooms. I'm Sure it woukd definitely give deeper perspective on not just everything around you and life itself, but also your work and the works of 40k in general. Before 40k I am a huge Tolkien fan, and when I first took LSD and re read LOTR over the next week, it was fucking amazing how much new and extra I picked up. And that was that. Been using a few times a year ever since....and more and more of the Matrix becomes visible every time
I always wondered what the other races in 40k thought of the emperor and the primarchs... I thought about it because (i think it was) in "Dark Imperium" one of the Eldar met Girlymann and was disgusted by a comment that Eldrad Ulthran made that the primarchs were in some aspects superior to the eldar
The Orks regard the Emperor as the biggest, strongest warrior in the galaxy - because surely anyone who can command the Imperium has to be. The primarchs, they probably just regard as sort-of hummie warbosses. Worthy of about as much respect as any Ork will ever give a non-Ork: Just enough to make them all the more worth fighting.
"You can't smack a concept" But you can in the Warp. Most of the Warp is stuff is simultaneously 'real' (as real as deep Warp stuff gets) and allegorical. Because that's how the Warp works.
In Warhammer online, the forces of chaos were fighting for Tzeentch (T-zeent-ch). They would reference the "Raven God" a lot and heavily imply Tzeentch having something to do with avian forms. The zealots/chosen would also have a lot of avian themed armour & clothing.
Dude I remember playing that game. I was confused when the playable chaos warriors work for Tzeentch instead of Khorne. Apparently, the chosen and the marauder got tricked into thinking that Tzeentch was the god of war called the "Raven Lord".
If I have to choose one of the 4, i will choose khorne. I like straight forward way, you either strong or you die quick in his realm. Plus he looks cool and he probably sounds badass. The other 3 are super messy.

I sort of figured the Chaos Gods "looked" like the Endless, where their appearance depends entirely on who is looking at them. So everyone sees something different.
Now that is a great example! You are referring to the Endless movie right?
They still have some characteristics that when even people who dont know about them look at them, they will still understand their concept and being
Knorne - Violence, destruction and honnor: typical appear as obsidian knight that have death gaze, in fire/blood/skull as symbol of death
Slaneesh - Emotion, debauchery, peace: wifu appearance and somewhat sexualize. This is the god that have most forms because he cover the largest range of mortal concept.
Teeznet - Intelligent, change and hope: the most fuk up, undefinable due to his nature to alway change, so he will alway be unregconizeable for the viewer
Nurgle - Nature, disease, stagnation and kindness: Big fat friendly nature cover dude that seem harmless and l;ike a loving father
@@DustinBarlow8P Pretty sure he means The Sandman/Neil Gaiman, "Endless" (Death, Morpheus, etc).

That would be correct about Khorne, and Tzeentch... Also Zeen has been described as a vast multi-colored cloud of magic energy.

CA depicted Tzeentch like Yog-Sothoth, the god of time and sorcery from the Lovecraftian mythos. Very good choice.

I appreciate Slaanesh being referred to it, him, and her in the vid. Even for demon's, it's especially useful to for it in particularl.

Oh, and hundreds of quadrillions of people would die as a result of that.

They can perceive one side of them, but never the whole object simultaneously.

okay so to counter the arguments at the start. anyone can DEFINITELY fight a concept, you can disrespect a concept, you can be crushed by a concept. especially when that concept is a manifestation of some twisted magical law of nature. they dont need to have bodies for those things. they could very well be interpreted as metaphoricals, like a lot of stories tend to use all over the world.
i may or may not have bought the damn calendar
To me Tzeentch (as least from the description you gave) would be like a giant slime with eyes and mouths everywhere. Constantly writhing, twitching and changing form.
Nurgle is a big, wholesome blob
Just for your add it is 100% food 100% training and 100% sleep. The sleep if you are not medicated is like the most important thing since if you have sufficiant callories and sufficiant traing during your sleep you generated the needed hormons to actually keep the mustle you put on.
5:51 Has no one acknowledged the sheer madness of this comment in a whole YEAR?
It was quite strange lol
I'd picture Tzeentch as a red giant sized shoggoth.
I always imagine khorne would look like cain from the Bible or vlad the impaler or genesis khan.
Well khorne would probably prefer to take the form of someone or something that’s physically strong .
Top marks MK. A really interesting an original video.
Tzeantch's description makes me wonder how the other chaos gods were able to fight and shatter him.
Majorkill goated
Can't wait for the signed calendar. Love the vids man, keep it up
Can you do a video on every faction vs the combined might of the imperium? How good or bad each faction would do.
Though I always imagined he would wear a brass color of armor since brass is consistent theme of his.
the older books also said that he had the face of a bestial hound under his helmet
Are we gonna ignore the spider face art from the old books? It was official
He knelt, bowing his head at last, and with a single touch of the being's glowing scepter on each shoulder sealed his fate for eternity."
What I find cool about this is that I read it less as "Slaanesh can present as human so hot u die lol" but more that it embodies the concept of desire and perfection to such an extent it can appear as what anyone subconsciously considers perfect, not just its own limitless imagination of a perfect appearance.
Good video bro
He looked at me with eyes of hatred and rage then the fury was mine
There was a princeling of chaos and he was Nourished by our cravings
I spied the mansion and the one who dwelt within then i wither Then I decay
Destiny grows with changing faces, he speaks ten lies for every truth
Literally sitting in my car waiting on GW to open and take my money. Thanks for the perfect timing.
Thanks for the Video MajorKool
Me: at least I have normal preferences and Slaanesh has to look normal for me
*sees Slaanesh as giant KoS*
Me: oh no
It makes no sense for one to be corrupted by looking at a kos. Slaanesh has to be female due to the seduction is too much for anyone to handle.
@@Super50ldier i learned that i am attracted to KoS
@@sorufa888 That's not her true form.
What is Kos?
Just imagine seeing Khorne, the sheer intensity of it. Fire and brass horns, the mad chorus of war.
We can guess their physical appearance by looking at their daemons.
I read a reddit post that said that every villain team/group had the same four individuals:
- The Dumb Muscle
- The Intelligent Mastermind
- The Creature
- The Fatally Sexy
I think the Chaos Gods are victims to this.
Its so cute when I see @Majorkill comments on other channels
The chaos gods are all essentially Eldritch gods, however Titsnitch is the closest to an eldritch horror unknowable to much to handle, whereas the others are like Cthulhu they have a tangible form, it'll still drive you crazy but
Here's an interesting video idea MajorKill, Top 10 most horrific Warhammer surgical procedures performed. With people like Cawl and Fabius Bile having an absolute flesh field day, you could probably dig up some very choice nuggets of sick 40k lore.
Hey can u make a video about imperial ships? Great video btw
Fucking creased at that classic world of Warcraft comment. Love you man, I laugh and learn lore at the same time
Magorkill out here changing the warhammer stereotype once again.
Those ingsme screenshots were taken by me and posted to reddit. Pretty cool to see Majorkill posting it. Small world 😄
9:34 dam slennesh is hot there
DNAM
What wound up being March?
@@seadav0183 I won't outright say but it has something to do with the color blue😉👍
@@Theking-sk1bz I think I get ya, thanks bro!
i mean if skarbrand hit himself, hes technically also hitting khorne since every demon is a piece of their god
Been using a few times a year ever since....and more and more of the Matrix becomes visible every time
Bro he's Australian, obviously he tried psychedelics
"You can't smack a concept"
But you can in the Warp.
Hi Majorkill, been feelin a bit shit and for some reason this video really helped. Cheers!
If I have to choose one of the 4, i will choose khorne. I like straight forward way, you either strong or you die quick in his realm. Plus he looks cool and he probably sounds badass. The other 3 are super messy.
Have to follow: Probably sgree
Thematically: No, I like both Tzeench and Slaanesh a bunch more as they are somewhat Lucifer/Genie like.
Temptations/care what you wish for.
@@zimtwiers9726 in the realm of Slaanesh, demons of slaanesh will torture you eternally, all the pleasure in pain and stuffs are lies, there's only torment.
@@zimtwiers9726 also tzeench is a biggest liar, he and his demons will play with you, mess with you until they run out of ideas which they won't. If you become boring, he will mutate you in the most horrific way possible
@@darksider2903 I know that's why i would probably follow Khorne in that universe. Just from a lore persepective i like Slaanesh & Tzeench more
I think they look different to everyone. They are warp and warp is not something you can define.
