Each and every member could be the lead singer judging by their vocal ability. It just is the fact they play as a team and that's where their strength comes from. They all have talent in abundance.
I love Jiu more than life itself but Sua is a better vocalist than her and has been for a while. Several vocal coaches have put her at #3 behind Yoohyeon and Siyeon

I also think taking these vocal coaches as gospel is also kinda silly, since while meaningful differences in technical ability obviously do exist, there's enough arbitrary incomparability between different skill sets that at a certain point it largely becomes a matter of whose timbre the listener personally prefers. Minji and Bora are close enough in measurable things that timbre is much more impactful than that difference.
