I loved this cover so much. She used more of her chest voice and she sang with more power than her usual breathy tones. It gives more intense sound and feeling from what we are used to hear from her I really commend Jiu for challenging herself to sing differently, which is needed to be a better singer

I've always known JiU is a great singer since the first time I know DC and made her my ult (since Good Night Era, with SuA & Dami as biaswrecker 🤣) , but I've always thought in most DC songs, even though she was given parts that most suited her voice (the way it is for other members too), they rarely have room for her to use her more dynamic & expressive vocal register. In here though, she shines brightly. Her soft and strong sentimental voice really keeps me listening to the end even though I hardly listen to this kinda music (I usually just skip it, even if it's my bias'). It's warm, refreshing, and kinda tugging at my heartstrings. I originally only came here this morning to check on updates, didn't expect to listen to this. It's my birthday and this song with her voice especially sounds so beautiful I was about to cry :') I hope JiU will get more chances to use her various voices more like this 💖
Just absolutely love that she can display the force her voice is capable of. This talent gets subsumed often with the tenderness she is usually associated with. Wish we could hear more of this from her 🥰
I came back here ocassionally and I've heard a lot of covers of this song. All of them usually sound heartbreaking and sad in terms of their vocal tones and the overall instrumentation, but with Jiu's cover, it sounded almost like a song of acceptance, and moving forward. It sounded sad, yet fulfilling with a wholesome ending to it. So, I really like her cover of this song.
